I didn't purchase anything from them, yet, but they were still able to help me get my car alarm system back in working order. I'd say this was about two months ago when I had major issues with my car alarm, blast you Avitar!! Anyway, before calling the Tiny Factory I had tried reaching out to other companies like the Radio Doctor and did not get the same vibe as the folks at the Tiny Factory. I completely understand how my issue initially was tough to troubleshoot over the phone, but as soon as I hopped on the phone with one of their guys (I forgot his name) and whoever helped me was seriously a genuine guy. He told me to quickly come down to the shop and he would gladly help me troubleshoot the issue. Now, he totally didn't have to do that, but by doing this, they gained a loyal customer and I will be sure to get my windows tinted by these guys as soon as it's in the budget :) Now for the good stuff, when I walked into their establishment - it was clean and had lots of different products for sale. This was a nice touch as you are able to see all the possible options available for you to choose from. They are very knowledgeable and willing to go the distance to help you find exactly what you need. Overall, these guys are great! We took both our SUV (Ford Escape) and car (Honda Civic) to Carstar for some body work. The Ford…read moreEscape ran over something on the highway (in a construction zone) which blew out a tire and broke part of the bumper off of its mount (it was flapping in the breeze). The Honda Civic was backed up into a dumpster which damaged the trunk, making it unable to stay closed. In both cases Carstar repaired the damage on the same day we brought the vehicle in for an estimate and for what I think are extremely reasonable rates. Before checking out Carstar, we took the SUV in for an estimate to M&M Auto Body because they get very high reviews on Google Reviews (we drove way out of our to go there, I might add). The person who gave us the estimate at M&M seemed grumpy when dealing with us and the estimate was very high as he wanted to replace the entire bumper. In contrast, Carstar had enough skill to simply fix the broken mount, which ended up costing an order of magnitude less than what M&M wanted. Carstar also removed the sticky gunk left over from when we had duct tape holding the bumper on for a couple months - looks good as new now! So far my experiences with Carstar have been exceptional and I plan on returning every time I need any body work done on a vehicle!
