    This place is not cool. The whole staff has not been properly trained and they don't know where anything is. It shouldn't take 10 minutes to help me in an empty store with 3 employees. They need to organize their store. That is all SMH

    Sales representative, African woman with long pink hair, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I needed to exchange a brake light bulb that the previous sales representative from this store sold me. She excused me of providing the wrong description to the previous sales representative so it wasn't the rep's fault. I told her that I gave her the model, make, and year of the vehicle. Instead of politely and quickly exchange the wrong light bulb which the correct one, with a nasty attitude she initially refused to give me a refund and reprimandingly explain the refund and exchange policies. I reminded her that due to COVID-19, we had a shutdown. Then she exchanged the lightbulbs. This woman should be terminated or retrained in customer service.

    Pretty clean place. Not too busy at 1030 am but the lady at the front counter seemed highly inconvenienced I would come to her with a question about an oil filter. But I did see an employee changing a customers battery which I thought was above and beyond.

    The guy at the counter gave absolutely terrible service. Unbelievably rude. If you have a choice AVOID going here!!!

She also is uninformed as she did not understand the warranty I had left on my defective battery that won't hold charge above 9 volts the past year. Based on the verbiage on my receipt which stated 3 years free replacement and a total of 5 year warranty period, I was okay with not getting a free replacement but I still had 2 years remaining coverage. She only wanted to give me 10% off credit to purchase a new battery. I showed her the fine print on my receipt and explained to her that it clearly stated the following: Battery credit is calculated as follows: (Remaining Warranty Months / Total Warranty Months) x Original Price (Note: similar verbiage appears on the website) I had 2 years remaining (out of 5 years) which should have been 40% off. I softly explained to her that this is what her company, AutoZone's policy states, however rather than trying to reread it and understand the policy, she chose to just dismiss it. She then gave me an attitude and mentioned that the best she could do is 10% off the purchase of a new battery and basically take it or leave it. I hope this lady can get retrained on company warranty/policies but most importantly on what good customer service is. I'm pretty confident that I am not the only one who's had a poor experience with this individual.

    I purchased a battery from another AAP store 2 months ago. It became a dud, wouldn't hold a charge,…read moreand I paid a bit to rule out other possibilities. (I even paid a mechanic to go over the car and rule everything out, but it was the battery. It was dead.) So I went to this location with the battery and a print-out of the order, in order to get a replacement. NOT a refund, but a replacement. Not so fast. The representative did some initial testing, then told me I had three options: 1) Replacement. For this option, the device she was using to test it would have to affirm there were one or more 'bad' cells. But the device had to say so, she could not make the call herself. 2) She could try a fast-charge and then retest. This would take at least 35 minutes, and it was past 5 PM when I was there. 3) I could leave it there overnight, a 4-hour minimum charge, and see what happens. I paid $158 after discount for a new battery 2 months ago. I further paid for a charger, new terminal bolts, even hired a mechanic to rule other factors out. I'm well within the 90-day limited warranty AAP has on their website, and yet...I can't just get a replacement. no, it has to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt In the meantime, I've been waiting *how long* to get my car back to working order? (Hint: longer than I wanted or liked.) Had to go to Auto Zone to get a new battery--and yep, that battery works! Told some folks there about my experience and they basically said to contact Corporate, that store in particular is not where you want to buy anything like batteries or electronics.

Beth & Adriel were great at checking things under the hood for me. Adriel was training Beth on how to work the testing system. They tested my battery, starter & alternator. Both very friendly and helpful. They had to run the test a second time since it wasn't picking up certain tests being done. My battery was good (since it was replaced in Jan 2018), but my alternator voltage was low. So I bought my alternator from them. Once I bring back the old alternator I'll get my core return of $50 back. $238 for an alternator and taking to Pep Boys to have it installed. Great staff and clean shop here. I'd definitely come back because of the friendly environment and great items in store.

    What a terrific experience I had today thanks to employees Jon and Melvin. (And the manager too but…read moreI didn't get her name). I needed a new battery for my Ford E150. These guys were very knowledgeable about their products. They asked the right questions and when I was confused about the differences between two products that I thought were equally adequate for my vehicle, Melvin stepped in and explained the important differences in more detail. He recommended the right product to me. The manager also intervened when I was making the purchase, because there was also some confusion regarding the discount that I was counting on. The confusion was my mistake for not having noticed that the discount was for online purchases only, but the staff was very courteous and understanding of my expectations. What a pleasant visit this ended up being. I recommend this shop for anyone in need of automotive parts and supplies. I will certainly return.
