Two people were working up front. They gave me the electronic thingy to test my engine and asked me if i knew how to use it. I said no, can you help me? And they said no. lol. Okay, 10 min later and 5 times restarting the machine i figured it out. They did help me find the replacement bulb i needed for my headlight. They did not help me replace it. Perfect, but even more perfect they would install it for us and it would only take about 10 minutes. So in the bitter cold they came out and got us all set with a brand new battery. Obviously we think the employees are wonderful and helpful. The only negative is the parking lot is always busy and a bit of a mad house.
