The one con is all of the RVs are unlocked and they let everybody walk around without supervision, so we walked into some unsettling situations. We came here because my younger son has been obsessed with RVs. We've been thinking about renting one to test it out. At one point, you could rent it at lazy days, so AI still thinks you can. However, upon further research that is no longer the case, but we still figured we should check out this place just to see sizes of RVs. When we got to the front desk, they told us that all the RVs are unlocked so we can just take a look at everything ourselves. I actually loved this at first, because we didn't want to waste the salesperson time as we checked out the different sizes of RVs. I realize that this is both the pro and con when my children walked in to one RV and found that the toilet had been used, and it was number two not number one so it was exceptionally disgusting. That really freaked me out and made me very wary going into the other RVs. Luckily, we didn't experience anything else like that, we did see a couple Coke bottles left behind, but it made me think it would be very easy for somebody who is mentally unstable to do something scary in these RVs since there were so few people walking around. So in the end, I do think this is probably a great place to check out a large selection of RVs because they have so many, but if you are a female, I would highly recommend making sure you either go with the sales person or bring a male with you just in case.

As I walked in, I could see a very busy staff, but no customers. One staff member mentioned to the others to assist me. But, with no one heading in my direction, he ended up helping me. I bought the tranny fluid, but told him I did not feel comfortable using the brand he chose. After assuring me, I thanked him and left. I called Hyundai and they recommended I not use what I bought from NAPA. I stopped elsewhere and got the brand Hyundai suggested. Feeling relief, I stopped to return the fluid at NAPA. Once again, the same gentleman waited on me. Nice guy, really. But, when I asked him to show me under the hood where and how, he asked someone else to help me. It wasn't upsetting, I just thought it odd that the staff was more focused on doing other things than stepping out for a 5 minute tutorial - customer service. I brought my SUV to Sammy's, at 815 Hillsborough Ave in Tampa, for a small repair of a hose. Two…read moredays later, it breaks. I'm stranded in traffic. I take it back to them and 3 more things need to be fixed. They kept my car for 3 weeks. The day after I got it back, there were more complications than the original problem. I've taken my car back about 10x now. Each time they say they can't find the issue or can't hear the massive noises it makes. I drove with them and, like magic, the noises appeared. I brought my car to them Friday, They were supposed to call me at 2 or 3pm. No calls and when I try to contact them, they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! Today I went to their shop with a male neighbor of mine. The owners brother raised his voice at me in an attempt to intimidate me and was using profanity to deflect from their horrible work. He even stated how his brother commented that I just want to come and complain. I don't know anyone who decides to wadte the time in their lives to sit for hours in a filthy auto shop, just to complain. He also LIED about the parts they were supposed to replace. They should have fixed a head gasket, radiator hoses, and the timing chain. Sammy's brother, Jose, said they replaced my raidiator. WHAT FOR, WHY?!!! Long story longer, my car is still not fixed, I'm out $1,600, I have no money left to fix my car. The engine is about to die. I'm now about to take them to court. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO SAMMY'S...EVER!!!
