Just provide the years, make, and model and they'll provide you with a print out of the row, color, and year of the vehicle being hunted for. They hVe lots of great deals by day like buy one transmission get the other 50% off. Or the dice day where you roll two different color die a if your lower than the house your purchase is 50% off. Lots of great marketing tools being used here. Staff is also pretty awesome. Polite, knowledgable, and attentive. They also have a list of parts pullers you can call on roaming the yard. They'll do whatever you want (for a small fee) from a light bulb to an engine! All in all it's a pretty awesome place. I highly highly doubt you'll be unhappy with your visit here.

My headliner started sagging around 93K miles and I received a ridiculously expensive estimate from my dealership (the car is a 2007 model). I dropped my car by Ennis to have them check it out, and the quote was so reasonable, I blurted out, "That's it?!" Their entire estimate was approximately 16% of the dealer's estimate. Making an appointment was simple: I just called them a couple of days before to tell them I wanted to drop it by, so that they could make sure they had the material in stock. I dropped it off at 8am and it was finished by 2pm that same day. At first, I was skeptical because it had taken such a short amount of time (the quote from the dealership involved leaving the car there for at least 24 hours), but when I went back to get my car, I was absolutely blown away by the work they had done. My car's interior is grey and the new headliner is black, but the difference is barely noticeable. I have had the new headliner on for one week and still cannot stop looking at it because it looks brand new. Note: I did have an issue, but it was resolved quickly and professionally. Upon arriving home the night I had it repaired, I noticed that my interior lights had ceased working. I called the next day and was told to bring it back in "when I had a chance" and they would be happy to look at it. I didn't get a chance to bring it until the next week, but the guys remembered me and my car immediately. I left it with them again at 8am and received a call before lunch that the issue had been repaired. They had to take the headliner down, fix the lights and put the headliner back on, and it still looks brand new. The man (owner? manager?) who I had the pleasure of dealing with this whole time (Robby) said that he was sorry that I had a problem with it, but he was happy that I brought it by so that he could fix the problem. Ennis deserves all of the business that they can handle, and I am beyond thrilled at the careful work they did on my car. I (naturally) hope that I will not have to return to have something else fixed, but I'm also saddened at the prospect of never having a chance to do business with them again; they were THAT great.

He ended up telling me that our car would be picked up between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. the next day. There was no way to tell exactly when they would be there, we just needed to be there and available to sign over documents. My husband drove to the tow yard that had our car which was 30 minutes away and waited for a pickup. Thankfully the tow yard that had our car ended up talking to my husband and called the owner of pick your part because they thought that it was wrong to have my husband waiting there for 3 hours. Apparently the owner of pick your part said that that was incorrect information. The owner of the tow yard then offered to take our car over to pick your part but we would still have to wait for the car to be processed so that we could receive a check. My husband drove over to pick your part to wait for the car to be towed there. We then heard back from pick your part letting us know that they were planning to close early that day and that they wouldn't process our car that day after all. This was after taking off work and waiting approximately 4 hours, not to mention the drive time. We had to go back a couple days later when our check was finally ready. I can't speak for the experience using this business to get parts for your car, they may be excellent for that for all I know. However the process of selling to them was quite a headache and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a similar service.

Unfortunately I came to Eastern to get my running boards. I came in and decided on what I wanted, the lady took my info and said she wanted to go out and look at the truck. We went back in and I paid the required 50% down. I made the appointment to have installation done on Monday, She stated the the part would be in Thursday and she would call me to confirm that they had come in. I never got a call. My appointment was for 10:00 Monday morning, I had to call to be sure the parts were there as it takes me 30 minutes to get there. I'm there for 45 minutes and then told that they were sent the wrong brackets, they could have the right ones by the next day, the next time I could come in was Thursday, so we set it up for 10:00. I did get a call that they did come in. When I get there a bit early, I'm told to pull the truck in the install bay, when I get out I asked so we got everything and are ready to go? I'm told yes, that the installer had already put the brackets together. Then I'm told that the problem was, they had ordered running boards for the Ram 1500 Classic, not my truck. After about 1 1/2 hours, the lady I originally bought from says, he'll be done in about 5 minutes, do you want to settle up on the paper work? I told her I would like to go out and look at it before I paid, and I'd like a discount, she laughed at me, I said I'm serious, for the inconvenience, she looks at me and says sir you told me it was a classic, at this I am hot. I go look at the truck, it looks good and I go back inside, at this time she's talking to the other lady and says he wants a discount. I'm a bit loud she asks me to not be, I said, you accused me of telling you something I never said, then she says, I must have gotten you confused with another guy who has a classic. No way I believe that. They go into the back room to discuss it. The installer comes in to give me some paperwork from the box, and I hold out tip money for him, he looks at me and asks are you sure, I said yes, I appreciate you. The lady comes back out and says, all we can offer you is $40, I just lay my credit card down, sign and walking out I say, I won't be getting my tonneau cover from you. The installer is the only reason it's not one star.
