Was pre approved and they made an appointment for me to come look at the truck 2 days later. Absolutely loved the truck and we started the process I met with Riley their Product Specialist and she walked me through everything on the truck and took me for a test drive. Josh the Sales Manager got me set up with some awesome financing. They told me they wanted to do a full inspection on the vehicle and detail it and it would be ready in two days. Two days later I met with Connor to complete all the paperwork and drove home with a new truck. I have to say Riley, Josh and Connor made this whole process absolutely wonderful. It, honestly, could not have been any easier. The whole team is very customer oriented and very knowledgeable. I am very happy with the purchase and the service I received and if I am in the market for another vehicle this will be the place I go.

When that one didn't pull up anything he tried another scanner, all the while standing patiently in a freezing cold parking lot. When THAT one didn't produce a result he advised I have a mechanic do a more detailed diagnostic, possible an ECM issue. Didn't try to sell me a battery, or cat cleaner. So nice to have CAR guys, not just SALES people, at this store.

Did I mention that I'm a new rider with lots of questions? He showed me huge selection of bikes, mostly preowned. I described the type of bike I was looking for and he brought to the section that he thought I would like. Needless to say, I did have my sights on the 2017 Suzuki Boulevard M50. Beautiful bike. He let me leave with absolutely no pressure to buy or any commitment at all. After thinking all weekend about this bike , I reached back out to Jordan and he helped with financing, insurance, registration everything. The whole transaction was smooth and pleasurable. Not only am I happy with my cars and signing away with Karen, but it's always nice to go into a place where everyone says hi and asks if you need anything. Whenever I go in for service, John and his team always take the time to listen and figure out any issues I might have. They always check to make sure I have accommodations, whether it be a ride, a loaner, or just a cup of coffee while I wait. And when I come back and it costs less than expected. I've recommended friends to go there too, and they are pleasantly surprised that going to a dealership won't break the bank and they get such great service. I haven't found another dealership where they treat you this well.

So we did, and we'd do it again. CC let us look through their RVs up close, and the salesman was there to answer questions. After we bought, we had a 45 minute guided tour of our new mini-home, including pump verses water hookup, how to empty tanks, and filters, oven vents, you name it. Five years later we still love our li'l home from Custom Camper. They have new and used travel trailers, small to huge, they service RVs, and have a supply shop on site. They also still carry the (current year) RV we bought five years ago. It's not the largest lot in Hartford, but it has range and quality, still. We'd go back there again, and someday we will. When COVID has become a thing of the past, it'll still be fun to visit them at the RV show again.

I have only had it in a couple of times for maintenance and they have always fixed every thing and quickly. I once had a problem with my wiring that I worked on myself and when I called them they walked me through what to look for and we were able to solve the problem on the phone. We just called for a refund and he told us they will only replace it. No. You didn't even put it on correctly why would we want you to put on another one? It could've seriously damaged his car, it's bad enough it gave his windshield a couple of scratches, we're lucky that it didn't crack. He doesn't need a replacement, he needs a refund with a terrible service you offered him.
