    Ford had fixed my A/C about a year ago, 7 months later--A/C stops working. It was brought back in for a diagnosis however, the part that was to be replaced was not. I thought because there was no record of the incorrectly replaced part in the system, I 'd be screwed about the root issue. A few days lather though Rebekah & David reached out to me, and so generously helped me with my problem, even though the situation was atypical. If it wasn't for both of them, I would likely detest dealing with Ford. I am grateful for their belief in my situation and their willingness to help ASAP. Folks like Rebekah & David prove that the Gengras Ford team does care and will do what they can to help.

(As background, I've purchased a fair number of vehicles over more than three decades.) From the Internet Sales Person who answered my first call, to the Sales Manager who oversaw getting to the right price, to the Sales Person who handled us in the dealership, to the Finance Manager--yes, even the finance guy--everyone was fantastic. From start to finish, they helped us purchase a relatively hard-to-find GTI (last year for the manual transmissions) at a reasonable price in less than 24 hours. (On the night before pickup, they were working on paperwork with me as late as 9 pm!) The dealership portion was quick and painless, even pleasant. Gengras is just over an hour drive for me and I'm even considering servicing with them despite the distance. (Sorry, Prestige!) Totally happy with my new car and the experience; I will refer others and, if and when I'm looking for another VW, go there first.

Did I mention that I'm a new rider with lots of questions? He showed me huge selection of bikes, mostly preowned. I described the type of bike I was looking for and he brought to the section that he thought I would like. Needless to say, I did have my sights on the 2017 Suzuki Boulevard M50. Beautiful bike. He let me leave with absolutely no pressure to buy or any commitment at all. After thinking all weekend about this bike , I reached back out to Jordan and he helped with financing, insurance, registration everything. The whole transaction was smooth and pleasurable. I recommend Powerhouse Motorsports to anybody looking for a new bike, be sure to ask for Jordan. Happy riding.

Not only am I happy with my cars and signing away with Karen, but it's always nice to go into a place where everyone says hi and asks if you need anything. Whenever I go in for service, John and his team always take the time to listen and figure out any issues I might have. They always check to make sure I have accommodations, whether it be a ride, a loaner, or just a cup of coffee while I wait. And when I come back and it costs less than expected. I've recommended friends to go there too, and they are pleasantly surprised that going to a dealership won't break the bank and they get such great service. I haven't found another dealership where they treat you this well.

I had to buy a new car after 2 years only having the car I…read morebought from here. first couple months of having the car, the emergency break fell off. the. we saw something that would give any mechanic a heart attack. the whole underneath was rusted! they said they'd fix it, which they only patched it. it took forever to do. then when it was "completed" the muffler came off. not even a week after. it was sent back and another week without a reliable car. during this whole time, they wouldn't give me a rental so I could of went to school and work. moving forward, I started hearing and feeling shaking movements. when I first got an inspection it was "fine". I brushed it off. I thought it was my tires so I got brand new tires. the shaking continues. I still ignore it because if there was a problem, the people who inspected the car, would have said something and the people that did my tires, would have said something. OH BOY WAS I COMPLETELY WRONG. the inspectors where a**hats and didn't know what they were doing. turns out after I go to a third place to get the car checked out again, my suspensions were completely GONE. also turned out my transmission was going too. I treated this car nothing but respect so it definitely wasn't me. and the "repairs" they did, was only patched work which made the rust so much worse! so I had to buy a brand new car. plus the loan I had on that sh*t box. the car wasn't worth anything to begin with and it definitely wasn't when I was trading it in.

It had no compression but he (NICK the "mechanic") was chasing a "wire issue that he couldnt figure out" when we brought it in for a warranty issue with an engine. When asked why he lied and why he couldnt give us an answer he would flail around like a child and try to avoid the conversation. COMPLETE LIARS here. Place is a complete fraud.
