Staying in a cabin in Gatlinburg for our honeymoon, and when we went to leave for a date night on…read morethe town our car wouldn't start!! After getting our 5 year old Duralast battery jumped-off, we drove to Advanced Auto Parts, priced a battery over the phone, but decided to give autozone a call since they're the ones who sold the Duralast brand. Eddie was more than helpful matching up the right battery, testing the old one to verify fault, and giving me different price options to choose from. I was interested in the three year Gold battery, but when I asked Eddie if he happened to notice what my old battery was when he tested it, and he said it was just a 2-year battery that had lasted that long. Even though he could've used the opportunity to take advantage of me and upsell a 3 year, he was honest and gave us the less-expensive 2 year battery! (Most parts stores wouldn't contain such integrity as I've learned from personal experience of having been taking advantage of in the past) Eddie was intelligent, smiling, helpful, and patient with me. He went above and beyond to get us back into a state of security and peace of mind with our car's health. He even sold me some battery terminal lubricant to protect against corrosion. I had already purchased a new set of felt washers in the trunk from a recent battery replacement for another vehicle we own, but he made sure I knew to use them to prolong the battery's lifespan! My wife and I were grateful to have found a man who wanted to take care of US first, then our car. And more importantly, someone who wasn't just out for the sell, but to help! Thanks a million Eddie!!!

100% would recommend Camping World Louisville, Steven was our salesman and he has been by far the…read morebest salesmen we have dealt with at any location! Josh in finance was so transparent and easy to work with, he walked us through the entire process start to end. Anytime we had any questions he was always there to help with ease. Zach Rand the GM has been so hands on with our purchase, making sure we understood everything, giving us his advice on helping make decisions that would get us in the right camper. These guys have really turned this location into such a positive experience that I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for our camping needs. I highly encourage everyone to give them a try for your next camper because we are now life long customers because of them and their help! Thank you all for everything!

Do not buy here! Stay clear of this place! I purchased a. Camper here, did a walk through for…read moreimperfections and needed corrections. The service man documented it and stated everything would be corrected, cleaned and emptied. To be clear this is a 2023 camper, I understand it is used, but what is the purpose of during a walkthrough to check for imperfections to CORRECT. So needless to say I purchased this camper, the sales team was good and respectful. Then the issues started, they delivered the camper a week late from the original date. Called them numerous times to get it to the location with no response. They stated they would call me back later and never did. Well I called them on the 8th in the second attempt to deliver it. They stated that is was a mess up on the delivery service side which they subcontracted. Well they delivered the camper on the 8th again a week later. The camper is not clean, the septic "black tank" was 2/3 full, they gave me the wrong mattress, they did not correct any of the imperfections found. I immediately call to get the problem rectified, and the run around that the service manager will call you. Hours were going by with no response. I called again and spoke with the service manager who was extremely disrespectful, rude, unprofessional and many other words I would like to say. The service manager had the audacity to tell me "well you bought a used camper deal with the issues, we are not doing a thing". He then hung up on me. I called corporate office spoke with a rep and after speaking with the rep I get a call from the sales manager who states they will be sending a tech out to my area to correct what they can. The tech comes out, extremely nice man, stated that these issues happen a lot where the service department fails on more than one occasion to do the proper checks and walkthroughs. The tech was shocked that they sold this to me with the number of issues to include the black tank (septic) was 3/4 full. He fixed and corrected what they could and the sales manager said send them the bill for septic pump out. Fast track 3 months later, we never sent them the bill because we had a huge water leak under the bathroom that we were unaware of. The water intake where you attach water to clean out black tank was broken and spraying water in the under compartments of the camper. We had to call an emergency service tech to come out and while he was here he found a large issue with the black tank. All together with the emergency service call out and labor it cost $650 to correct the issue with camper. This tech informed us that he worked for camping world for a month and quit due to how the place operated. The service people he said would purposely do the least amount of work to correct the issue. He stated that a service tech that was training hi at camping world pinched a pipe with a clamp instead of replacing the pipe and fixing the leak. That service tech then stated the issue was fixed and charged the customer. The emergency tech then went on to state that the service manager while he was working there stated that treat customers like mushrooms, "feed them sh!t and keep them in the dark, they won't know if you fixed the issue". I would highly recommend you find another RV store to do any type of business with. I plan on calling them tomorrow to see if they will cover the emergency service bill, but with my past experience I doubt I will get anything out of it.
