I've been to other parts places that give off the 'motorhead' vibe, meaning that if you don't have octane in your blood, you're not worthy of their attention. Autozone isn't that place. Good people, good products, reasonable prices. Doesn't get any better than that.

They said they could not perform the recall today and I would have to bring it back in due to it not being able to go into electric mode but when they pulled it up they were able to get it to go into electric mode but it was to late for the tech to work on it again. I go out to the jeep and the dashboard has oil change needed light on and service hybrid system light on, along with the battery being charged to 90 percent that we have been told not to charge due to the fire risk. This is after the service manager literally laughs in my face saying if it was a liability having the battery charged his technician wouldn't have released it to him. They are the most incompetent service department I've ever had to deal with they took a simple job and made a mess of it. Now I have to take it to a real dealership to fix whatever they messed up.
