They are constantly busy and there are usually enough people behind the counter ready to check you out. Only once has the employee been too busy with inventory and had me wait a couple of minutes. I wasn't in a hurry so no big deal but even then, I thought it was a bit rude for her to choose continuing her counting rather than help me. Besides that, great service, cleanliness, and I love the products they carry (Bimbo bread, and cheese Ruffles!). It's also convenient that they have an ATM that charges only 2.50 to withdraw and you can get money orders there too.

Their only response is "it can take up to ten days for the charges to be reversed." That's not acceptable. If I walked out of their store with merchandise I didn't pay for I could be arrested. But they can post fraudulent charges and it's legal?? I'll never make a purchase at K&G again!

Also, the last time I came in I noticed a sign that says that Kum & Go is the only convenience store that participated in the U.S Green Building Council's LEED Volume program.
