If it wasn't because I paid in full $800 for tires + service I would've taken my business else where. Jose the manager did give me a great price but as a woman who works with people for a living, I understand the importance of great or at least decent customer service. The mechanic asked me a question regarding my tire that I wasn't too sure of & when I said I did not understand the question, he had the nerve to question if something happened to me during the eclipse.. if he wasn't such a condescending person about it, it would've been kind of funny except he fact that he said it seriously in an ill manner. Not sure about anyone else but it's frustrating to pay that amount of money to be treated so poorly. I have a feeling that if I were a man, he'd think twice before saying something so sly. Will not be returning. The store manager Jose, gave me a call shortly after apologizing for one of his workers. Jose was extremely understanding & very patient when I explained. I should have explained to Jose & he explained he wished he would've known what happened. Although I failed to communicate, Jose was able to offer me an oil change free of charge due to the event. I'm sure if I would've told Jose before hand what happened, he would've taken care of the situation right when it happened. Thank you, Jose. You were great. See you soon

I'm a sucker for a High Five!…read more As a consumer, one must balance quality, service, and price to arrive at value. In today's hyper-competitive world, it pays to do a little legwork when shopping for automotive parts, services, and especially tires. This brings me to ACE Tires.... The staff is friendly and professional. I arrived already knowing what brand of tire I needed, and the price point I was willing to pay. However, I observed the service advisors going through options with other customers and offering advice without applying any sales pressure. It appeared to be a collaborative effort to arrive at a consensus that the customer was happy with and could afford. Service is exceptional and fast without sacrificing quality. My vehicle was in and out in less than an hour. The service advisor offered updates and suggestions on future service needs to ensure I was fully informed. He advised me on their menu of routine services (oil changes, brakes, tire rotation, and alignment) and provided me with written documentation and reminders. Very few places do this nowadays. Prices are comparable with other area providers, and in some cases, they beat the competition. The highlight of my visit was the High Five. If you check in on Yelp, make sure you ask for Edwin or Ozzie and get your High Five. It's worth every penny! SYOY!!

I was expecting the dealership to do a good service since they carry both the Autonation and Honda name. I didnt notice anything wrong with the service that they performed on my vehicles the day of the service, they reset the service required message on the dashboard, they suggested the required services, and the service advisor even gave me a discount on the additional recommended services for my Honda HR-V and found that I still had a free service for the Honda Civic. I did find it strange though that when the services were done the service advisor gave me the service forms for the Honda HR-V that I paid for but didnt give me any service forms for the Honda Civic (which was free), when I asked him about the forms for the Honda Civic he said that they would be sent to my email (they were never sent to my email). Two weeks later my mom was driving around in the Honda Civic and the metal splash guard from the Honda Civic falls off while shes driving home from the bank and she has the scare of her life when it starts to make a rattling sound scraping the road along the drive home. It looks like whoever performed the service on the two vehicles never properly tightened the bolts back on the splash guard after they performed the oil change on the Honda Civic and part of the splash guard came loose while driving. I tried to call the dealership to ask them what we could do about the situation but the phone number for the dealership just goes to an automated system with different menu options and when you choose the menu option to speak to a service advisor the phone rings a few times and then just takes you in circles back to the main menu when nobody picks up the phone. I am very disappointed with Autonation Honda.

I have been coming here for over a year to get oil changes done, new tires, my cars AC fixed and more. So trust me when I tell you that this company has their S*** together. The workers are all nice and they also go above and beyond to make sure that you are well taken care of! This guy Paul works behind the counter greeting customers as they come in and taking down what you need done. This guy is like a super employee or he is paid well because his customer service is amazing!!! You will even find Paul helping out in the shop working on cars with the other mechanics. I have been to many other mechanic shops and they do not operate as well as this place does! Especially with the level of customer service and quality of work! You will even see the owner working in the mechanic shop working along side his employees. This is like unheard of. If all the mechanic shops in Miami was like this place I don't think there would be any cars leaking oil or running hot at all because they would be fixed the right way the first time!! I know this review was long, I hope you give these guys a try because it will be money well spent.

From the very first day I took my card to Stop and Go Auto Center, I detected their honesty and willingness to help me. To this day, I consider Pedro, the manager, family. He has always been able to accommodate me. If my car does not need work, they do not go offering things, just to make the money, like many other shops. Pedro and Eduardo even have suggested help over the phone when I am not able to take my car. I live in Coconut Grove, so it is not that close.
