The guy stated yes, but when I left, the tire is not balanced. I went back and asked them to please balance the tire, and they want to charge me $20 to do it. Bad news. I will never go to them again. They've already charged me one time to put the tire on and balance it, and then when I come back, they're telling me they want even to check it. I told them it's not done right. That's crazy. I should have known this guy didn't know what he was doing anyway. He couldn't even put my spare tire back under the truck, he had to call the Mexican guy to help him. Never again

Absolutely terrible experience. I showed up right when they opened and was the second customer…read morethere. I parked directly in front, clearly visible, expecting at least basic acknowledgment. Instead, one of the technicians rolled display tires right in front of my car like I didn't even exist--no greeting, no eye contact, nothing. Just completely ignored. I stood there for about 15 minutes while they casually went about their business. Then another customer pulls up, walks inside, speaks to that same technician, and suddenly he's right back outside grabbing a jack and immediately servicing that vehicle. So let me get this straight--you ignore the customer who's been standing there waiting, but jump straight to the next guy who walks in? That tells me everything I need to know about how this place operates. This wasn't about being busy. This was blatant disregard and zero respect for customers. I left, and I won't be back. If you value your time and expect even the most basic level of customer service, go somewhere else. There are plenty of professional shops out there--this is not one of them. Would give zero stars if that were an option.
