I had a very uncomfortable experience with the staff at this location (289 Cobb Pkwy N, Marietta,…read moreGA 30062). I witnessed a young woman who had accidentally parked on the property while trying to fix her car. She politely tried to explain that it was her vehicle, but before she could even finish, the man working there started yelling at her and cursing, saying "I don't give a f***." As a woman myself, this kind of behavior is extremely concerning and unacceptable. The woman was respectful and calm, while the employee was aggressive and disrespectful. No one deserves to be spoken to like that, especially when they are already dealing with a stressful situation. Because of this, I do not feel comfortable returning to this store. If this is how customers especially women are treated, I would not recommend coming here. The date is May 22nd around 6:20pm.

The gentleman who checked me in went over everything that was included with a Synthetic Oil change (Though it wasn't necessary) and all of the specs and details. They gave me the standard inspection that comes with an oil change and I ended up also getting a new air filter and wiper blades, which I already knew I was in need of, so I didn't feel scammed or cheated and he didn't pressure me into getting the filter or blades, he just made me aware and made a soft suggestion - No upselling or hassling! PTAC pretty constantly and consistently also has the best price on oil changes...I'll DEFINITELY go back for my next oil change!

The first few times I kinda ignored the Signs, this day one 7/13/26. I came in very respectfully this is all on recording as there is a camera up at the location , Any question I had pertaining to my vehicle she had a smart mouthed come back. As a custimer I did not feel valued. She for no apparent reason after me questioning the rudeness refused to service my vehicle. Without a major arquement I left the store and I'm glad I did. There were hardly and service technicians in store in fact I only saw and had spoken to one. I will not be back and I highly recommend anyone that's looking for great customer and Auto service to NOT bring your vehicle here. Eva who is the store owner I believe is highly rude.

Their prices have not changed in the 10 years that I've been going there! $20 is a pretty good price! I've not had to wait very long during peak season maybe 10 minutes at the most. But normally I'm the only one there. The woman that owns it is very professional She always has a nice smile and is very warm and welcoming! You wouldn't expect this kind of treatment and omissions inspection station, but she takes pride in what she does even as Routine as this test might be! and checks my vehicle thoroughly! I will continue to go there for my omissions as I have four cars! They all need inspection!

Exterior This location is located off Powder Springs Rd…read more They are neighbors to ChickFilA and the post office annex. There is a Publix plaza across the street. Interior Clean and well lit. Pretty standard. There's a television, complimentary bottled water and a viewing window if you'd like to keep an eye on your baby while they're working on her. Customer Service Friendly and upbeat. I strolled in at 4pm on a Saturday and Clayton gave me "Tuesday morning," bright and upbeat energy. And that's not a typo, I didn't say Monday morning energy because most folks aren't super upbeat Monday morning - still salty that the weekend is over. :-) For some reason, they couldn't find my customer profile, but he set up a new one for me. I was only having the bulbs replaced in my fog lights. You have to go through the wheel well to do this, so even though I am proud to announce that I can change bulbs in headlights and brake lights - I was NOT able to do this one. Given the day and time (and the fact that 2 people were already posted up in the lobby), I was prepared for a wait. I was thrilled when it took a little less than an hour. During this time, while they had the fog lights out, they popped in a cosmetic plastic bevel that the body shop neglected to put in when my car was repaired over a year ago. And they filled my tires to the appropriate pressure. They did not try to upsell me or make me spend money I didn't have. Lol. Price / Value The price was very affordable. I was charged a flat rate based on labor and I was able to use my military dependent discount. In fact, they had promotion for 20% off because of Veteran's Day but there's a year round military / govt employee discount. Other I like the fact that if you really wanted to you could walk to Publix, ChickFila, Dragon 168 or Wendy's while you wait. Or you could visit the nail salon in the Publix plaza to get your pedicure on. But ... Windy Hill / Macland intersection is the next block over so this is a VERY busy intersection depending on the time of day you visit - and I don't eat a lot of CFA - so I'm probably always gonna just sit in the lobby reading on my Kindle app. Overall Overall, I can't say enough positive things about this place. I had an exceptional experience and will definitely give them a call when it's time for replacement tires. In fact, I might even check with them to see if they're willing to price match the dealership's synthetic oil change price! Highly recommend!

The entire staff was very friendly with us and our middle school aged sons. Repeatedly checking in to make sure they were loaded up on snacks and drinks. Although we were there for several hours (which is par for the course with buying), it felt like a nice visit to a family member's house. Was as pleasurable as a car buying experience could be. Will definitely be recommending people go see Kim at Hardy.
