While I've stopped in here before for a variety of low-demand purchases--bulbs, wiper blades, oil,…read moresupplies, etc-- the O'Reilly Guys get my top thanks due to our most recent visit. Our Prius had died on my son while he was away at college, requiring a jump start from the campus police. Expecting the aux battery was near or at the end of its life I gave O'Reilly a call because we've bought Optima yellow-top batteries for other cars from them before. (Though this one was purchased from a different car shop a few years ago.) So O'Reilly had me bring in this current battery and they ran tests on it for us. Considering it's a more expensive battery I appreciate that they wanted to make sure the problem was diagnosed properly rather than just sell us a replacement. Turns out the battery has another year or year-and-a-half of life remaining on it and our son just needs to make sure to drive the car often enough so it doesn't go dead. That said, we got the current battery fully charged and sent him away with a portable battery-powered jumper so that he doesn't need to find someone to help him if it happens again. Now he has a warning in advance for the upcoming battery replacement.

1 STAR - ABSOLUTELY DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL…read more This place is a nightmare, and I regret ever bringing my car here. I initially went to this body shop on December 2nd just to get a quote. They took photos of the body damage and then told me I had engine damage that "had to be sent to their mechanic." I was told that was necessary to move forward, so I dropped my car off on December 5th. From that point on, communication was almost nonexistent. They sent me a body estimate and repeatedly told me they were "waiting on the mechanic." My insurance adjuster didn't even inspect the car until December 9th, yet Allstate issued a payment that same day -- a payment I never signed for, never authorized, and never agreed could be cashed. Weeks went by with no updates. On December 15th, they again claimed they were still waiting on their mechanic. Then I heard nothing until December 29th. When I told them I wanted to move my car to another shop due to the ridiculous delays, I was suddenly told I couldn't -- because they had already cashed the insurance check without my authorization. At that point, I didn't know better and felt trapped, so I reluctantly agreed to continue. Big mistake. They didn't submit the mechanic's estimate until January 5th, at which point they conveniently decided the engine issue "wasn't related to the accident" -- despite the fact that my engine had ZERO leaks before the accident. On January 8th, I demanded my check back and told them I would pick up my car on January 12th. I was told it would take two weeks to return the money. It is now January 28th, and I still do not have my check. To make matters worse, I contacted their corporate office and spoke to someone named Chris, who said he would "look into it." Instead of helping, he falsely told the body shop that I approved the repairs -- which I absolutely did NOT. The body shop then texted me claiming I had approved work and needed to bring my car back. That never happened. Let me be very clear: I never signed anything. I never authorized payment. I never approved repairs. This shop cashed a check without consent, stalled for over a month, withheld funds they have no right to, and then tried to cover themselves by falsely claiming I approved work. This is not just incompetence -- this is unethical business behavior. If you value your time, your money, or your vehicle, stay far away from this place.

**They'll do and say whatever to get the sale. I don't recommended this dealership. **…read more Came here because my wife wanted to trade in her convertible since we expanded to a family of 5. The sales rep Kj was very nice and helpful. He catered to our desires and kept a consistent personality through out the whole experience. He didn't pressure us to look at cars or try to buy one out of the range we wanted to be in and worked to provide us options within the budget we had. When we found the car and it came to closing we were introduced to Skyler. He basically sold us the financing. On the front end he was nice but turns out he just lied to us. I don't appreciate dishonest business. When we chose the car of choice there were 3 things wrong with it. Windshield wipers didn't work the usb port or the driver door speaker. They fixed the wipers but wouldn't fix the others. Skyler told us that he won't fix the other two but if you buy the extended warranty it will cover the repair. I said are you sure because it doesn't say it in the pamphlet but he ensured it falls under the electrical part of the warranty and you'll be good. He just asked us to wait a month to file the claim. We waited 2.5 months and got it checked and the warranty says they won't cover it. When I spoke to Skyler he said he'll see what he can do but not right now. It's been 2 weeks no contact from him or any form of communication. When I spoke to him his solution was we can cancel your warranty and you can just pay for the repairs with the warranty refund. I told him that's not the principal. You sold us this with the promise that it would cover it. We trusted your word and you put it on it with strength it would work. We told you we didn't want the car unless this was fixed. You lied to us to get your rep a sale. You sold the warranty and let us know that it will give the car extra coverage and protection in case something else goes wrong. We agreed that was valuable. Now the dealership wants to charge us over $500 to fix these two things and do nothing about it but tell us to cancel our warranty and get the refund to pay for this. If leadership has no integrity when selling the car , just to get a deal could you imagine how they would be when a serious issues arises it? Now our car is having what I assume electrical issues. When driving it freaks out with a bunch of notifications, turns e brake on and blinkers, slows down and won't let us operate it. It's scary because the first time it happened I didn't have a safe space to pull over and turn the car off praying it will work again. Will attach video for reference. Note we drove the car off the lot 3 months ago and no issues. And this started the day after going to their service shop to our promised repairs fixed and nothing happened. Even though the sales guy made our experience pleasant, because of the way leadership handled this experience I won't buy a vehicle from them again because of the lack of integrity and honesty provided.

1-Star Review -- Young Ford Brigham City: A Service Experience So Financially Draining It Ruined My…read moreHoliday Season I never imagined that taking my vehicle to Young Ford Brigham City's service department would leave me in one of the worst financial situations I've ever been in. But after what I experienced, after the amount of money I poured into repairs that didn't actually fix anything, I'm sitting here dealing with the kind of financial hit that spills into every part of your life -- even the parts that should be joyful. Let me put it this way: Because of the financial mess this service department left me in, I'm now staring at my kids' Christmas presents and seriously thinking about returning them. And believe me, no parent should ever be put in that position. This whole nightmare started when I brought my vehicle in expecting basic competence. I trusted their service department. I trusted their diagnosis. I trusted that if I handed over a huge amount of money -- money I worked hard for -- I'd get my car back in working order. Instead, I walked out thousands of dollars lighter, and within days my vehicle was showing the same exact issues. Not improved. Not stabilized. Not "still needs a little more work." The same damn problems. And in some ways, even worse. There is no way to describe the emotional hit of realizing you spent that kind of money for absolutely nothing. You sit in your car, staring at the dashboard, feeling a mix of disbelief and rage, thinking, How is this even possible? How did I just pay all that money for zero results? And then the reality sinks in. Bills don't stop. Life doesn't stop. Responsibilities don't stop. But your bank account? That's a different story. So now, because of this experience -- because of the giant, pointless financial blow that Young Ford Brigham City's service department handed me -- I'm having to decide which Christmas gifts I may have to take back just to recover from the damage. Do you know how humiliating and heartbreaking it is to even consider that? A service department should FIX your vehicle. They should NOT push you into financial hardship. They should NOT leave you with the same problems you came in with. And they definitely should NOT leave you wondering how you're supposed to get through the holidays. What I went through here was a perfect storm of enormous cost, zero effectiveness, and a total lack of accountability. Every time I tried to get clarity, I got vague explanations and shoulder-shrugs. Every time I asked why nothing was fixed, I got more "maybe" and "might be" than actual answers. The confidence disappears the second your money is gone. And honestly? It feels like I paid premium prices for absolutely nothing but stress, disappointment, and financial strain. Bottom line: If you value your sanity, your savings, and your family's holiday season, avoid Young Ford Brigham City's service department. The impact of my experience went far beyond my vehicle -- it hit my home, my finances, and the one time of year that's supposed to bring joy, not stress.

I've purchased several vehicles from the Young Automotive Group over the past decade and I always…read moreservice my vehicles there as well. Each time has been pleasant and I would return for my next car as well.
