This store is busy. Always. Good news is there are usually a lot of employees to help and they do their best to greet and assist you before you get to the counter. I've never walked out of this store empty handed and have received great service each time. Pricing is good here as well. I have price checked them on regular items like filters and such and prices are lower or very competitive. Definitely worth the drive to the busier store.

Our Prius had died on my son while he was away at college, requiring a jump start from the campus police. Expecting the aux battery was near or at the end of its life I gave O'Reilly a call because we've bought Optima yellow-top batteries for other cars from them before. (Though this one was purchased from a different car shop a few years ago.) So O'Reilly had me bring in this current battery and they ran tests on it for us. Considering it's a more expensive battery I appreciate that they wanted to make sure the problem was diagnosed properly rather than just sell us a replacement. Turns out the battery has another year or year-and-a-half of life remaining on it and our son just needs to make sure to drive the car often enough so it doesn't go dead. That said, we got the current battery fully charged and sent him away with a portable battery-powered jumper so that he doesn't need to find someone to help him if it happens again. Now he has a warning in advance for the upcoming battery replacement.

Then he offered me even better, he offered to exchanged my calipers for newly introduced, high end calipers (more than double the price,) featuring silicone parts rather than rubber AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO ME. I took him up on that offer and he shipped them in to his store via OVERNIGHT FEDEX. These new Duralast High end calipers feature pins and piston that are much less likely to seize up. I experienced exceptional customer service! In the future when I consider where I'm going to buy parts, Autozone will be my first choice. Thanks Grady, you earned my loyalty!

He put in the time to make sure I was completely satisfied with the numbers AND the vehicle. He even personally handled the follow up for the first 2 months! Young has big plans for a remodel and expansion of the service area that should make this much better for the customers. We did all our research before we arrived. We wanted to by a new Ram 1500 truck and had a couple of options picked out. The sales staff was quick to meet us at the front door and start the process of test driving. We tried out a few and narrowed it down to one that we liked. My husband then took over and did all the heavy lifting with the negotiations and tap dancing that goes on when buying a car. They were friendly and fair with us when it came down to the details of the sale. From start to driving off the lot, it still took several hours, but we ended up with the truck we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. After signing on the dotted line, they gave us a tour of all their facilities and introduced us to the people we'd be working with for our service plan and parts department needs. After a few days, we received a gift in the mail of some cookies from our salesman, to say thank you for trusting him with our truck purchase.

They price match but usually don't need to because they have the lowest prices anywhere. Their customer service is above and beyond. Specifically Jay. Jay has helped me through 30 different problems, returns, exchanges and finding the right parts. He always goes above and beyond.
