On Friday I got a message on my phone that it needed a transmission and she would have an estimate for me on Monday. I called Monday around noon and got the answering machine and left a message, I called back later in the afternoon since i hadn't heard anything all day and got the answering machine again, Did not hear anything on Tuesday, and I got the sinking feeling this was another incompetent mechanic shop. I decided to go pick my car up since it had been over a week and no estimate. I went about 2 pm and no one in the office and got one of the mechanics to call the office girl. She finally showed up 1/2 hour later. i advised that i decided the pickup my car. she said it would be $150. I asked what the shop did for the $150. She said the mechanic took it for a test drive. I asked what codes were on the scan, she didnt know. I asked it they checked the transmission fluid, she said " I think the mechanic said he did." She then swore she would have the estimate that afternoon and e mail it to me. I never heard a thing. The incompetence was breathtaking. Stay away from this shop!
