I had a problem with my water pump, They insisted they would only get parts from Porsche and installed it. After that I found out I had a serious leak when it got pressurized so I brought it back to them and they fixed it gave me the parts back that they replaced and was a fair price since the parts are over 600 dollars. THer was one issue where a simple clamp that holds a hose broke and it started leaking. I towed it back to them. It did take them a few days because paorche parts have to be ordered. After they found the problem they replaced it and fixed it with no cost. I tested it today and it is presurized and perfect. THe thing is they could have easily tried to charge me for a different issue but instead Jon showed me exatly what happed they warrintied thier work and life time for the part cause they got the from Porsche themselves. Yes did it cost me 2k sure If I would have taken it into Porche it would have benn twice or three times that amount Earnie and Jon are Honest hard workind people and they will fix an issue and not charge you. It did take time but that was not thier fault becasue they use factory parts. It is VERY RARE to find honest straight forward people ike this and I give them a five star because they were honest fixed the issue and did not charge me. If you have a Europen car Please call them first AutoHouse wanted two times as much. I tell you as a honest Christian man that these guy Warrenty the Parts thier work and will never charge you for something that is covered in thier warrenty. I am exreamly happy with them. And I HIghly recommend them for anyone that has a Porsche, Jaguar, BMW or any other Eruopean car. Ther are with good morals and values and I am very happy with them or I would not be writing a review. My car is fixed I saved like 4k and they were straight forward about why it takes time and updated me every step of the way. If anything if your guy read read this I want to say THank you. I will always use you as MY PERSONAL mechanic. Thanks Guys. P.S. I love my Car Billy Sprague

The Service Manager James Venson personally contacted me and apologized for the issues I had. James ensured a thorough examination was done and the parts were replaced. James ensured I had a loaner while I waited. While most dealerships would blow off warranty work and say, "we didn't find anything wrong", James believed what I was saying was actually happening and went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed. His leadership with his staff is what impressed me the most. Would definitely recommend this service shop.

This review is specifically for the service department. (I bought my car here in August 2023 and…read morethat was a good sales experience.) This review is explicitly about my first oil change (low miles, don't drive much). First oil change is free. I had an appointment. When I walked in, there were four employees working the service area at spread out desks. Not a single one looked up or acknowledged me. I stood in front of a random desk and said "excuse me, I'm checking in for an appointment." The young man looked me up in the computer and sent me down to Sheri's desk at the end. There was another customer standing there while she did things in her computer so I stood awkwardly in the vicinity while 2 other nearby service employees ignored me completely. When she finally got the other gentleman checked in (10 minutes, never offered him a seat) she checked me in. Never offered me a seat, said good morning, or used any sort of pleasantry that implied "hi, thank you got choosing us, we're glad you're here." She wasn't outright rude, just indifferent and had an air of being over it. I was directed to a frigid waiting room that has game shows blasting at full volume. 2 hours later, my car is finally done. The seats, mirrors, and steering wheel were moved, there wasn't any paper mat to protect the carpets, and it was wet like it had been through a sprinkler, but still covered in pollen. ‍ There are so many good places to choose from that offer timely, friendly and inexpensive oil changes. Next time I'll go somewhere that teaches employees basic customer service and respects my time. The free one was not worth it.

I am very big on customer service, and I only write reviews for amazing or horrible experiences…read more This place was so amazing I wrote a review here and on yellow pages to make sure people do not miss out on this place. Thank you to all the employees I encountered at the Automotive Super Sports. They are a friendly and professional business. Being a young woman, I was apprehensive about going to an auto repair shop by myself. However, once I got there it was clear that my Google search took me to the correct place. 1. My main concern was that my passenger car door was having issues closing and made a not so hot sound whenever someone attempted to open, or close it. I thought it might run me in the hundreds, but once the bill came I started to laugh because it felt like I got the deluxe, premium family discount. I advocate that you take your vehicle to this business. I do not have brothers, but I really do feel like I was taken care of. If any of the employees are reading this review. I pray that your business has an abundance of blessing and prosperity this year and many more to come. Your integrity, respect, and care for your customers does not go unseen. P.S They have an English bulldog named Gabby. She is extremely friendly, and repeatedly approached me. I am sure all the guys there saw the fear in my eyes, and the nervousness of my laugh, and although they were busy always made sure I did not scare myself into a coma.

I had a very concerning experience with this body shop. My vehicle sat there for nearly a month…read more When I was finally told the car was repaired and safe to drive, it was not. I specifically raised concerns to GEICO about the driver-side front tire and suspension. The shop told myself and GEICO that the tire only needed air. After picking up the vehicle and getting on the interstate, I immediately felt abnormal bumping. I pulled over and discovered a visible knot on the outside sidewall of the tire. The vehicle had to be towed to BMW of Tallahassee for a proper inspection. BMW identified over $4,000 in additional damage that the body shop failed to address, including: * A damaged tire * Two damaged rims * Additional suspension-related issues * Evidence that the undercarriage was never properly cleaned, including remaining deer debris from the original accident This means I was released a vehicle that was unsafe to drive. That is unacceptable. Repairs should prioritize safety, and this experience caused unnecessary risk, stress, and additional costs. I would strongly urge others to seek thorough independent inspections if using this shop.
