Then he ends up telling me that the engines going to be over $2,000 more than what we discuss and he never wrote me an estimate ever until after he did the work. And then the engine you put in my car didn't even need a engine so that right there just ruined value. Then he tells me it's my transmission it needs a transmission. I told him I wanted to go take my car somewhere else because I could get a transmission rebuilt I want someone else to look at it well then he said he had my engine and transmission all out of the car I couldn't get anybody to touch it. I told him I didn't want him to put the transmission in it he did so then he charged me almost $6,000 and then he tells me that he's not going to charge me for that engine that he put in my car but he's charged me for all kinds of parts and stuff for it. And then you put other parts that I didn't even know anything about. Any still has my car He's had it almost a year. Doesn't answer my calls and finally complaints doesn't do any good so I'm going to take him to court. And then the things that he said cause the transmission I was trying to get my insurance to look into it. And then he started backing up even though I had it in writing what he said caused it even had phone conversations he backed up totally when he talked to those people. Lies and then the complaint that I filed he never responded he said he didn't receive anything because the owner of the place and been the hospital. But he told me he owned it. So again I wouldn't trust him or take my car to him for nothing He's a liar. And I had to put a star to be able to post this but they don't deserve a star. But it's the only way I could get it posted.

I'm not sure how many people will read this but my advice is STAY AWAY from this business. The…read moreowner, Boris, is a nice guy when you meet him but he's not honest. I asked him to replace a rear tail light on my car and he quoted me a price and said it included everything, parts and labor. It took him 15-20 minutes to do the job and then he presented me a bill that was $80 more than what he quoted. He said the $80 was for labor. Of course, I protested and reminded him of the quote and that it included the labor. He simply denied making any such statement. Additionally, I noted he was charging 6.25% sales tax, when its only 6%. I called the sales tax office while there and they told him it was 6% and he is violating the law by charging more. Think about it. If you're paying an extra .25% that goes directly into his pocket. Anyway, I paid for the light and $60 labor, much to my chagrin. Even paying $60 for 20 minutes labor was a ripoff. Clearly, I will never do business with this guy again. All I can do is warn others.

Stopped in on Monday to schedule a time to replace a power steering pump. Spoke with Brian, and as…read morewe talked, I mentioned that I would like them to check my wheel bearings, and as long as I was at it, would they also check my air conditioning. We talked about how the A/C had gradually stopped working . He said that a diagnostic test and check with fill of A/C would be around $ 200. He told me they would replace the power steering pump and check the wheel bearings. He said that the power steering pump would be around $ 420 total.... The wheel bearings would be expensive because they had to do a bunch of work and they are press on bearings. He said they would check them first before tearing into them. I made the appointment for Wednesday....because I had their assurance that the power steering pump would be there and the installation and the other work would be completed that day. I dropped the vehicle off on Tuesday afternoon, gave the keys to Gary. Wednesday afternoon, Gary called to tell me that "good news"...the wheel bearing all seemed good and made no odd noises so they did not have to be replaced. He then told me that there was a problem with the delivery of the power steering pump and they would not be able to finish the job on Wednesday. I then had to rearrange my schedule... I understand that sometimes things happen. Thursday, they called and said that my truck was finished and i could pick it up. I arrived at 4ish....they said everything was all set. I paid the bill....$ 667 which is what I expected for the pump and the A/C service. I left their garage and drove all the way to Twin Lake and got nothing but hot air blowing on me. I turned around, went back to see them and asked how long I had to wait until the A/C started blowing cold air. Brian, the original conversation guy, said he didn't remember talking about the A/C. I then looked at the bill and the only thing they charged me for was the power steering pump and didn't even check the A/C. So...they only missed the estimate for the pump by about $ 250 and didn't fix the A/C at all. On the plus side, they did check the wheel bearings and were honest about their condition. However....making me wait an extra day because they didn't order the part when I made the appointment, and overcharging (in my opinion) for the power steering pump left a bad taste in my mouth. They had 1 chance to leave a good first impression and they didn't. They dropped the ball and I won't be back, nor will I recommend them to anyone else.

I had a problem with my water pump, They insisted they would only get parts from Porsche and installed it. After that I found out I had a serious leak when it got pressurized so I brought it back to them and they fixed it gave me the parts back that they replaced and was a fair price since the parts are over 600 dollars. THer was one issue where a simple clamp that holds a hose broke and it started leaking. I towed it back to them. It did take them a few days because paorche parts have to be ordered. After they found the problem they replaced it and fixed it with no cost. I tested it today and it is presurized and perfect. THe thing is they could have easily tried to charge me for a different issue but instead Jon showed me exatly what happed they warrintied thier work and life time for the part cause they got the from Porsche themselves. Yes did it cost me 2k sure If I would have taken it into Porche it would have benn twice or three times that amount Earnie and Jon are Honest hard workind people and they will fix an issue and not charge you. It did take time but that was not thier fault becasue they use factory parts.
