Dishonest and incompetent! Brought them our F250 with a 5.4 work truck to have the engine rebuilt…read more Paid them a down payment and they promised to have the truck ready in 2 weeks. After multiple excuses and over a month later they claimed to have completed the engine. We test drove the truck immediately and found MULTIPLE coolant hoses leaking("Conveniently" they ink stamp on the invoice that overheating voids engine warranty)SCAM ARTIST!!! They also didn't complete other promised repairs. We left the truck with him again with a promise of repairing in 2 days and they didn't finish for almost a week. Picked up truck again and they repaired coolant hoses but not the manifold(as promised).. Worn down by all the lies and execuses, we accepted the truck and paid in full. After driving the truck for a few weeks we found an oil leak from one of the engine gaskets! Wow!!! The invoice you sign also states cash only and that the customer is responsible for all legal fees. So they are protected from credit card disputes and discourage lawsuits. Truly manipulative! They wasted so much of our money, energy and most importantly our TIME! This of the worst business dealings I've ever experienced and I hope this review helps you avoid the same!

I paid $500 for it, trusting their word. When I went to pick it up, I found out the seat was actually broken, and they tried to charge me extra for it. The owner, Hussam, and his employee were both very unprofessional. They argued with me, talked disrespectfully on the phone, and even hung up on me when I refused to pay more for a part that wasn't as described. This place is dishonest and untrustworthy. They started off strong, atmosphere was very friendly and I really thought this was going to be the…read moreplace for all my repairs. I had a lot of work done here, including the AC, but still had the same issue afterward. Later I discovered that every AC component had been replaced except the actuators -- which turned out to be the actual problem. They also did my leaf springs and reinstalled the shocks, but failed to bolt the bottom bolts down. A brake chamber was installed incorrectly, with the brake hose rubbing on the frame. This eventually caused the hose to break, leading to a roadside breakdown. The problem I see here is a lack of attention to detail and rushing through jobs without truly diagnosing the issues. I also dealt with a third-party warranty company that required the shop's business license and certified mechanic certificates. The shop promised to provide these but never did. They kept saying their mechanics were certified but refused to prove it to the #Warranty company. I expected more -- especially since they always claimed they would "look after me" as a customer. In the end, when I pressed for the documentation, they simply said, "We don't have to'
