I wish it didn't take a canceled order and the Yelp review to get a response, but Vincent went…read moreabove and beyond to correct the situation and reach out to me. I received the parts yesterday in order to make the necessary repair for my long road trip. For transparency, I've included screenshots of my initial reply and outreach as well as the responses after my order cancellation request. I placed the order on a Monday during business hours, requested a cancellation on the order online on Wednesday after not receiving an update or reply, and received follow-up on Thursday along with resolution. Vincent really came through, and we talked to clear everything up. They ended up covering the cost of the parts and shipping next day air which is way more than I expected, and I am very thankful. Regrettably, I can only give four stars based on the initial lack of response. Maybe the initial email I sent didn't go through, but Dave told me on the phone that he gets email notifications of voicemail left. I listened to the message before sending it on Tuesday. The subsequent calls at different times on Wednesday are indicative of failure to answer. I called (732) 212-6261 and pressed 3 to go to parts. I was sent to voicemail every time during business hours. No response was received until Thursday. The bottom line is I got the parts I needed, but it was without initial frustration. This parts department needs to review the gaps in messages coming through, voicemail notifications, and simply having staffing resources available to answer the phone during business hours. Thanks again Vincent for the stellar service. You saved me from having to rent a car for my trip. You're the MVP who came through to knock it out of the park.

I am pleased with my experience at Coleman Cadillac. I have purchased 2 cars from Gold Coast…read moreCadillac over the years and have been satisfied with my experiences there from the sales department to the service department. I was recently in the market for an upgrade from my 2011 Cadillac CTS. Unfortunately Gold Coast did not have any preowned vehicles that I was interested in, utilizing the Cars.com app I noticed a Cadillac XTS in inventory at Coleman. I know a few of my friends have purchased cars there so I had no doubts about a potential purchase from Coleman. Coleman is about 30 minutes from me, about the same distance as Gold Coast Cadillac so time in transit is not an issue for me. As a matter of fact I didn't realize how much shopping and restaurants there are around the dealership (quakerbridge mall) So waiting for the service department shouldn't be too bad. I worked with Mario on the sale, great guy very friendly easy to talk to. I test drove the prospective car, and ran through the car with a fine tooth comb. I noticed a few things that I would like to have corrected prior to taking delivery however we needed to hammer out a deal we could both live with. I had a trade which I needed to negotiate on top of the purchase of the newer car. The negotiations were tough, I worked Mario and after the typical back and forth with the manager, I asked to speak with the Manager so we could settle on a deal. We worked out terms we could all live with. The dealership would only correct the dent. The other items were refused which is why I took off a star. I had the Paintless Dent removal completed today and while I was there I asked if the service department could check a few things as the service report was incomplete when I bought the car. The service department stepped up nicely and changed the oil, rotated the tires, changed the cabin and air filter on the house without an appointment. I have another 500 miles until the warranty is done so they went above and beyond and performed the service. This is important to me and will not be forgotten. The waiting room is comfortable which several chairs, A big screen television and complimentary coffee. The dealership is a smaller Cadillac dealership, only a few sales reps and space for 3 cars inside, I think they know they need to outperform the competition in order to be successful. For a small dealership they have an impressive inventory of new and preowned cars. I believe they also have GMC and Buick showrooms in the same complex. Good experience so far and I will not hesitate to visit Coleman Cadillac in 2 years when it is time to shop for another preowned Cadillac.

Whether you know exactly what you're looking for or you're just starting your search, this is the place to go. The team here is trustworthy, professional, and genuinely focused on helping you get into the car you want; at a price that feels comfortable for you! Buying a car can be stressful... and often comes with worries about pressure or hidden catches, but that energy simply doesn't exist within these walls I actually found Coleman Cadillac after a terrible experience with another dealership. 21st Century Auto Group (swim at your own riskk). Even though I was already two+ hours away from home, the genuine hospitality I heard from Ben, the sales associate, over the phone convinced me to make the extra hour drive out away from home... and I'm so glad I did!! From start to finish, my experience was smooth, transparent, and completely pressure-free. From Ben's, the sales associate, professionalism and honesty in.. to Chris's management expertise and guidance in finance.. and Vicki's incredible hospitality and follow-through. Big thank you to the entire team, who went above and beyond to make the process STRESS - FREE. Truly a FAMILY Cadillac! Highly recommended -- A very happy consumer from South Western CT
