They might not be as big as Aberdeen, but these guys know good customer relations. Always help me find exactly where the car I'm looking for is, and don't sweat the small things. Last time I went there looking for a throttle body, couldn't find a match but did get a radiator cap that worked. I was gonna offer them, say $5, but he just said "it's yours". That's good customer relations - giving the customers a break here and there to focus on the human aspect of the business. Pulled a cylinder head here once and they happily accepted my offer for it, well below the quoted price of most places. Don't hassle you and the place has a nice big parking lot so you'll never find yourself SOL - unlike Aberdeen. All in all, I give these guys my business any day of the week.

After 2 hours of test driving and completing the applications they jumped up the price by $9,000 and claim that the sites listed price is how they get business in the door - false advertising! A $9,000 commission must be nice! A bunch of scammers! 0/10 I addition, no where on the site did it say there were any disclaimers. The sales manager also mentioned that he couldn't find your hidden information listed on Capital One Auto Navigator nor did the site bring me to your main website. They agreed to do the job while I waited! During the swap, they had to re-adjust the hydraulic change machine pins a couple times before the rim would lock. 20 minutes later, job was done and they asked for $20. I was so pleased, I gave them $50. They still don't know my name but they have a new customer.

I've worked in repair shops and on vehicles for over 25 years. My vehicle had no engine problems…read moreor concerns. After having a rear bumper only repaired via insurance, the car immediately started overheating, engine failing, I immediately noticed that the front bumper was not the original paint, ram air scoop under engine bay was replaced with an old one, multiple engine components/adjacent components were removed and replaced with none-original parts. Over the years I continually take photos of the engine bay and have tons of evidence and videos saved in the cloud and in emails. Everything was reported to the insurance company as well. Use your best judgment when using them.
