Worker found a hole in my car's intake hose (it's a Versa, so it's supposed to be there) and just slides his finger in there while looking at me. In and out, a few times. As if I'm not supposed to know what the message is there. Then I told him I had driven my car like I stole it for a few miles so it could adjust to the new MAF sensor, and he said: "oh so you were like 'I'm going to drive you hard and you're gonna take it'". What the hell. What is it with these car guys?? Y'all need to get laid outside of business hours. Just get that horny energy out. After inquiring about our car since it was driven back into a bay, they tried to say a part cracked and they had to order a new one. A part was not messed up when I brought it into the shop. If so, why was a part not ordered as soon as you started to change the oil and saw it? Why did you all of a sudden notice it when the car started leaking oil all over the street? Then sat there for another hour and a half waiting on a part to be delivered from auto zone. If your employee messed it up, why not go get it yourself? Then tried to blame the wait on us stating that "We came when other cars were there", and " the part is known to break". If it was known to crack, why did you not take that into consideration when handling it. An iPhone is known to crack if you drop it from a certain distance. A bolt is known to snap, if you over tighten it. We were QUOTED an hour tops with the other cars already being there. Multiple people after us came and went. Finally, after the car was finished, nothing said from ANY employee or manager about the wasted time out of my day. Didn't even have the courtesy to hand me the keys or let me know my car was ready. Only reason I knew is because I was standing in the lobby. Accountability is all that I wanted or was necessary. Have brought a car beforehand and was handed keys and took nowhere near as long. NEVER AGAIN!!

The most frustrating part is I left him a list and ask him to call me when he got to the shop so I could clarify what I wanted done, which he didn't because "he didn't have time." Just not a whole lot of respect for a new customer. He doesn't work on tires or underneath the dashes which were not communicated to me beforehand. He changed the oil and the serpentine belt when it didn't even need it. For charging 100 dollars an hour for service that was unwarranted, I wouldn't reccomend creech auto.

About two weeks ago, I left a review after a sales representative accidentally cut into the paint on my bumper while removing a decal and initially did not take responsibility. However, upper management and ownership handled the situation completely differently -- and that made all the difference. Ownership personally reached out and asked me to contact the sales manager. From that moment on, the experience was outstanding. The sales manager took full responsibility for the damage and arranged and paid for a professional paint correction to fix the issue. I was honestly blown away by the level of accountability and customer care. I expected pushback or excuses, but instead I received respect, professionalism, and a real solution. Mistakes happen, but what matters most is how a company responds. This team proved they truly care about their customers and their reputation. So, here's my experience with these folks: These guys are THE best thing since sliced bread! I took my Jeep Wrangler to another shop in town to have a sensor that was giving me a brake warning light replaced. Next thing, they told me they'd have to replace the wheel assembly. Next thing, they told me they had broken off a bolt in the axle & I needed a new axle. Next thing, they told me it was not drivable. Then the price doubled because they had priced the axle wrong. Next thing, I got cranky & pissed them off. Suddenly, it was drivable and I should come pick it up. Oh, and by the way, it would be $100 for their trouble. I pissed them off some more & they told me to come get it & never darken their door again. I said no problem there! Just by dumb luck & some fairy godmother looking out for me, I picked these guys off of Yelp. Called, told them my story. They said you bet, bring 'er in! They looked it over, sent me photos of what they found, along with calls and descriptions and answers to my questions. Turns out, no broken bolt. No need for an axle. They communicated with me about every step. Sent pictures. Were pleasant, straightforward and gave alternatives when appropriate. They gave me rides to/from home and I didn't even have to ask! They offered! Amazing!!! They pulled the fat out of the fire for me and I am soooo incredibly, over the top, off the charts THRILLED to have blindly stumbled into a nest of bright, honest, honorable people who actually seem to give a damn about their customers & the reputation of their business!
