My boyfriend showed him a picture of the plug and the guy told him the plug was wrong. He convinced my boyfriend to buy totally wrong bulbs because he said he was right. No return policy was mentioned. We took them home and took them out of the package to put them in and they were in fact wrong. We immediately brought them back and they YELLED at us saying he told us that we couldn't return them, when he never did. When we tried to reason with him he continued to yell at us like we were idiots. We just want our money back and now we're driving to Lawrenceburg to return them. Very dissatisfied with the service and the way they treat their customers.

They charged me $110 for diagnosis because the check engine light was not related to the $950 work the week prior. They didn't know the check engine light was or was not related until they hooked it up. Took 5 min or less(something autozone does for free) and charge me $110 because the engine light coming on after their work was not related to fix. I am not okay with this. Mechanics get a bad wrap, it's not for the good work they do it's sneaky and dishonest stuff like this that leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I'll be taking it to autozone for FREE diagnosis from now on. Pros: pretty good service, oil changes, new tires etc

Really! This is a bunch of sloths. When I arrived there was one guy in front of me ordering 4 new tires and one couple who were changing out a damaged tire for a new one. That's it. How can it possibly take this long for this service? Unbelievable. I won't be back. I won't due any future business with Walmart. The store has already gotten bad enough when you have to do your own price checks on the app and check yourself out. I would give them a -1 if I could.
