My mom told him we were in a bit of a time crunch as had an appointment we needed to keep. Rich understood and said he would say after close and see what he could do to get us on the road that evening. He even called in Bobby the DM. They stayed til late that evening but it was not meant to be through no fault of their own. Rich and his team worked really hard to get us on the road safely and as quickly as possible. I went back to Jiffy to have them replace the HID lights. It was extremely difficult for one and he had to basically dismount my front bumper to get to it . Please learn to change your own engine/cabin filters to avoid seeing what I just saw here for this poor lady. Use YouTube, buy your own filters and do it yourself. Ask your kids or neighbors. Still a good deal for tires, but I wouldn't do anything else here. And if you consider "financing" here then please slap yourself. Finance nothing, ever. I got his attention and asked why he would do that either permissions it is very costly. Nothing is cheap these days anyway. He acted surprised and put the new filters back in their boxes and put my old filters back in. Nothing wise was said, but wow....wanting to make that extra money I guess! I will stay with Garrard Quick Lube from now on, because they're actually faster and they always ask before doing anything extra.

I punched a hole in the sidewall of a tire. This can't be fixed. I hated to buy a new tire because we are going to sell this car soon. They had a used tire that had more tread than mine. For $40 they mount and balanced it. We was there maybe 30minutes. From now on, they will be our auto repair place.
