Located in the same shopping plaza as the Lidl and Hmart. So parking is ok. Started off well, just told them my car make, model, year and they gave me some options. Though the employee didn't really help explain the differences among the battery types beyond just pointing out the prices. Good thing I researched beforehand (CCW, reserve capacity, size, etc). Note: that if you want to keep your old battery they will charge you a $22 core fee. Luckily I didn't want my old battery so I got that fee waived. Not sure why they would charge you extra to allow you to keep your own battery?... But then they tried to remove my old battery. My positive terminal clamps are a little corroded so the bolt holding it tight was pretty stuck. The employee noticed when trying to twist, he was bending the copper to the point that the clamps might snap and they didn't carry them in their store. So he told me that I should bring it to a car shop to have them do it..Seeing that he only tried with a basic wrench and not even a ratchet and didn't try holding the other end with pliers or something, I decided it would be best to take to a professional. But since it was Sun, very few shops were open. I ended up trying my luck at another Advance Auto Parts and had better success. Bottomline - come here for parts, not for their 'expertise'

One of the cars is a 2011 the second is a 2025. I needed work on the 2011 and the Executive from Mercedes Benz referred to them as it is an older car and to get it done faster rather than wait for an appointment so listen to this: Emile and Jesse tried to charge me $271/ hour for labor only when the dealership charges almost half that per hour and gives the dealership gives 2 years 24,000 miles on parts and labor, Emile and Jesse only gives warranty on labor. When I tried to understand why does Emile feels that labor is $271/hour and twice the Meecedes Dealership who by the way have certified Mercedes Engineers not like Emile's shop he insulted me calling me cheap and that it is his house and he can do whatever he wants even if it means price gauging customers because at the end of the day money is the only thing that matters to him. Stay away from this guy, he is does not care about you as a customer and frankly logically why would anyone pay twice the amount they would pay at the Manufacturer Dealership, oh and on top of it Emile was fired from Mercedes Benz of Arlington and I honestly WONDER WHY just seeing his ethics from what I wrote here. I wanted to add the Mercedes dealership felt so bad for recommending Emile that not only is Mercedes Benz performing the repair at half the cost but also giving me a loaner for free for the 30 days for the time I have to wait for the appointment and repair!
