The people work at computers about 15 feet from the front counters in little half cubicles. They call down to a warehouse guy who gets the part and brings it up front. The whole experience took about 10-15 minutes, but it was 4:00 PM on a Friday, so your mileage may vary.

The only problem is these so called "mechanics" that work in the place tell you they have the part you're looking, but when you get there they don't and you don't find that out until after you've paid an entrance fee into the yard.
