I did my own work and gave All Island a call and was met by Stacy. What a breathe of fresh air when I spoke with her. She told me they could possibly have someone at my house the same day to replace my windshield. Well they showed up in a couple of hours and flawlessly replaced it on my 2018 Ram 1500 (not an easy job) in less than an hour. To contrast, the other repair/replace company would not fit me in for another appointment for close to 2 weeks!!!!!!! I will never have anything to do with ***repair/***replace ever again after this and will only recommend All Island to friends and family that are in need of their incredible service. The tech was so fixated on an argument, they didn't finish cleaning all the glue, so I AGAIN had to ask the tech to clean the glue that was caked onto my headunit. The tech bragged about "fixing" my headliner, which wasn't "broken." They used windshield glue instead of headliner adhesive, so the headliner was already ruined before I picked the car up, is disconnected in areas, and appears as though the tech was drunk when they installed it simply based on how poor of a job was done, and the fact there was no cleanup done afterwards. Odds the windshield actually stays attached?... Graziano says: "Save yourself the headache, use Safelite instead."

He said " I'm not eating the cost of the tires so you have to wait until I make sure they will return them". Sorry but he should have returned the tires and put the money towards a different brand and he should have dealt with the Manufacturer himself and it should have been a question. Our insurance adjuster tried contacting Michael about the assessment, and he reported things like rust, ripped and soiled seats, and other issues that simply did not exist. When she followed up to clarify, he suddenly claimed he "didn't remember." Even the adjuster was baffled and appalled, dealing with this guy. This place is absolutely not trustworthy. We will never use them again, and we'll be warning others in town as well.

When they were going to take it for a test drive, the transmission went right in the lot. I was to say the least, very worried about getting my truck fixed and the cost. I immediately called Trannyman and spoke with Mike. He said to bring the truck right down and they will take a look at it. Luckily, I was so able to drive it in forward, I lost the reverse and the drive was starting to hum as well. I got the truck to them just before closing on Monday 12/28. Mike and Lee were very nice and reassuring that it will get fixed and not to worry. They started on the repair Tuesday and I was able to get the truck back on Wednesday at 3. Talk about being fast, I never expected to have my truck back this fast. When I fit there, they showed me all the pasta that are replaced and explained everything to me that was done. I took it for a test ride, and it was like a brand new truck, running quiet and shifting very smoothly. Thank you Mike and Lee for making a major job seem simple and quick.
