I was told on the phone that they test the parts in advance to make sure they are ok. I drove 1 hour, one way, after having to pay in advance to receiving them. Took the parts to my mechanic and he deemed them unusable due to the pistons being frozen and the seals torn. Called and spoke to Troy who was very dismissive and told me that I have to bring them back so they can attest that they are not usable. I had to purchase new calipers due to my mechanic having the car already taken apart. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS GETTING YOUR MONEY!!

So I called AutoZone in Circleville and spoke with Chris and it was 8:54 pm and he said as long as I got there by 9 pm he would help me if it was something that would be easy to change. I arrived at 8:56 pm and he was waiting outside for me. He asked me to pop the hood and he would see if he could change the bulbs easily. He said yep I can do it. He walked me in and got the bulbs and told me my options. I went outside and he was taking the bolts out to replace with the new bulbs. He had me on my way and back on the road by 9:03 pm. He saved my Mother's Day trip home with my 9 year old!! I was unable to give him a tip for his services and he stated he wouldn't have taken it anyway. He was just the nice's person to me and my son!! He deserves to be recognized for going over and beyond to help his customers. Thanks again Chris and God Bless you

I would not recommend trusting the Auto Care Center at this location…read more I came in with a warranty on my tires because my brand-new 2025 tires needed to be replaced. Instead of replacing them with the same type that my warranty covered, they replaced them with older 2024 tires. Those tires were not covered under my existing warranty, which I was never properly informed about at the time. Because of this decision, I ended up being forced to purchase an entirely new set of tires out of pocket, even though I originally had a valid warranty that should have covered the replacement. This situation was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I trusted the service center to honor the warranty and replace my tires appropriately, but instead I was left paying for a problem that should have been covered. I strongly recommend others double-check what they are installing on your vehicle and how it affects your warranty before leaving the shop.

They stock parts that are hard to find at the Chain stores which makes them a convenient place to shop. The prices on the items I have purchased have been comparable to other places and are often less. I certainly have never had to worry about getting the wrong part for my vehicles here as the staff is great !

When I got there I was told it was in Michigan but it was no problem to be shipped in. $305 and a small wait? No big deal, I still purchased it. Right as I was about to walk out the door the salesman stopped me and said oh wait, that rack was broken upon inspection, so you're not going to want that. I was then refunded and sent on my way. I got curious tonight and decided to pull up car-part and what do you know...the exact same rack and pinion is listed with the same stock # pictures and all for $1250 now...now I have worked retail, I understand when prices get messed up. I was willing to spend at least $1000 that day to get the rack yet instead I was lied to about it so they could run the price up. So fair warning now, check with your local dealerships because their price they have it listed for now is only $95 less than a reman from Ford with a warranty, and I will never return to Deer Creek Auto Parts again.
