There wasn't a line so I was in and out within about 30 minutes, the guy who changed it had a slight attitude at first which I was disappointed at because I already had a hell of a morning before hand since my battery died on me. Once he saw my battery was easily accessible he was in a better mood. I even basically got a tutorial on how to change it instead of sitting in my car. My old battery had corrosion, and he went above and beyond to make sure it was all brushed off the parts that hold the new one.

Customer Service: ***** Knowledgeable staff : *****…read moreParts Inventory : ***** Value & Price : ***** I started coming here for convenience but my last visit they didn't have the parts in stock at this store and even a transfer of the part it would have been too late for my schedule. So I went back to AutoZone where I have shopped previously. The AutoZone rep looked up my part and even when I questioned if it was correct they said it was and showed my on the computer. So I purchased the part. 30 minutes into the work I then discovered it was indeed the wrong part. I've purchased these parts before at O'Reilly's and never had issues with them providing my with the correct parts. I've purchased parts for Mitsubishi, Honda Civic, Honda Pilot, Honda Del Sol and Acura TL Type S and find they are very helpful and have the part in stock 99% of the time. The reps are always very helpful. Although prices are competitive, I feel they are usually the best value and quality with a selection from "entry level, mid level and highest level" quality in selection (if available). What I like most is the staff is knowledgeable and offer help and advice as they are usually car enthusiast. I will add more pictures on my next visit.

He noticed that one with more Cold Cranking Amps was listed at a lower price than the other. Calling the installer over, he found out that the cheaper battery was also larger, and didn't fit in all models. He went out to my car and confirmed that it would fit. As he started the installation, we joked about how it was 70 and sunny and we're concerned about CCA. (gotta love Wisconsin) There was an issue with the terminal being badly corroded, and Jose, the installer, didn't want to risk cracking it. I also did not want to risk getting stuck, so I said I would get help and possibly look at changing the terminal too. When my car wouldn't start on the existing battery, he came back out, and assisted with changing the terminal. (fortunately, it was a bolted connection, and did not require cutting the wires off. The staff here went way above and beyond for what turned out not to be a simple replacement. I understand the original hesitation to risk making a situation worse, and I deeply appreciate the willingness to try it anyway, when it became obvious that the car really needed to get that new battery and connection in. He also gave me a heads up on the shaking that might occur in the car when removing a power source, and the computer goes through a re-learning of the systems. It did happen for a while, and I didn't panic because of the understanding of what happens. I have a relative who is a mechanic, and is usually my first stop. They aren't going to make a lot of money on me, and I don't know what I'm doing so it would be easy to swindle me, dismiss me, not be very helpful. I just bought a 2011 Audi A2, and could not figure out how to put on a front license plate (required in Wisconsin, not in Illinois where I bought it) so that the plate wouldn't bend in a car wash or harsh weather. Instead of treating me like a simpleton, the young fellow here acted like it was a perfectly reasonable question, showed me where the license plate holders were, showed me how to put it on, patiently explained the tool I would need. I spent less than $10 and I don't even need the Youtoobs. Well, I spent only $10 THIS time, I'll be back. One thing the do that I'll need having bought an unusual old car is their computer hook up service, they will read your car's error light and tell you what you need.
