The Super Start Premium size 51 battery for my vehicle was listed as in stock and available for pickup at this location when I checked online. During my first visit, the in-store computer also showed three units available, but the staff were unable to find them. Ugh! An order was placed for delivery to the store later in the day. Also, the staff were extremely glum with that "I hate my job" vibe and a funeral home atmosphere. On my second visit to get a battery, the store was under-staffed due to a manager attending a meeting, so they couldn't install the battery they now had in stock. It's good that I was purchasing a new battery before my existing battery failed, so I was not in need of a new battery immediately. I gave up on this location and went to the 95th St location (based upon much better Yelp reviews) to purchase a car battery and have it installed with a much better experience!
