As the manager walked back out, the employee asked him for help. The manager slapped the container and walked off. Confused, we asked, "So, is that the one?" and the manager, Christopher, didn't even stop he just shouted, "It says blah blah blah on the bottom lefthand side," in a rude tone and kept walking. It's not always what you say--it's how you say it. His attitude came across as dismissive and unprofessional, as though we were inconveniencing him for asking a simple question. As females, this is exactly why we dread going into some auto shops because we're often met with disrespect instead of basic customer service.
