Once I got there, I met serveral very friendly and helpful staff members whom took time to explain to me the pricing, the VIP membership and even told about their part pulling service! I recieved a printout that showed me the area of the models that I was in search of! To my surprise at 9am on a Sunday morning there were alot of people there! With printout in hand I was off! After searching a few cars, I found actually what I was looking for! I was going to take advantage of the part pulling service, but I managed to pull them myself! I had a grand time! They were so polite and said they would look at my car to let me know the cost. I got a very reasonable cost and they promised it would be done in "2 hours and 30 minutes." My husband picked me up to take me home, and exactly 2 hours and 30 minutes later I got a phone call to let me know that my car was ready for pickup. Awesome. Another poster on here mentioned that the shop doesn't accept credit cards, but they clarified that they only accept MasterCard and Visa. However, when I went to pay the machine was down. (Not their fault as technology sucks sometimes.) I would definitely use these guys again.

Confused, we asked, "So, is that the one?" and the manager, Christopher, didn't even stop he just shouted, "It says blah blah blah on the bottom lefthand side," in a rude tone and kept walking. It's not always what you say--it's how you say it. His attitude came across as dismissive and unprofessional, as though we were inconveniencing him for asking a simple question. As females, this is exactly why we dread going into some auto shops because we're often met with disrespect instead of basic customer service.
