Hands down one of the best car buying experiences I've had! RENAE was AMAZING!! She was so…read moreprofessional, kind, and easy to work with. She helped me to find a car that I was really going to be happy with. Roger in finance was equally great and made sure everything went smoothly. I felt taken care of from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with the process! Thank you both for such a great experience! I will absolutely be recommending people to come here! And to ask for Renae!!!! I recently took my 2019 Nissan Rogue to Don Davis Nissan in Arlington, TX, for what I thought would…read morebe a simple oil change and tire rotation. Was I wrong. They've apparently shifted to these "maintenance packages" only, and gone are the days of a la carte services. I was pushed into their Basic 30,000 Mile Interval Service Package for a whopping $499.95, even though my car is at around 59,000 miles and I've been handling a lot of this stuff myself. It felt like I had no choice if I wanted anything done at all. Let's break down why this was such a rip-off. The package includes things like replacing the key fob battery at $12.00 - seriously? I can buy a pack of two Duracell CR2032 batteries online or at any store for under $5 and swap them myself in seconds. Then there's the cabin air filter at $47.45; aftermarket options are available for $15-25, and even OEM parts online go for around $20-30. The engine air filter was $29.95, which is still marked up compared to $20-ish elsewhere. I already changed both filters and the fob batteries recently, so why am I paying for duplicates? The brake fluid flush was another unnecessary add-on in this bundle. I had my brake pads replaced back in 2024, which included a flush then - no need to do it again so soon, but it's baked into the package. And what even is this "Vehicle Protection Service" tacked on? From what I can tell, it's some vague multi-point inspection or extended protection plan (like Nissan's Security+Plus), but it feels more like protection money to the mob - pay up or your car doesn't get serviced. Their brochure lists it, but it's not clear what real value it adds beyond basic checks I could do myself. Yes, I know that I could have went to a oil change business. Pain Points: - Key fob battery: $12 (I can buy two Duracells for $5 and replace myself). - Cabin air filter: $47.45 (available online/OEM for $20-30). - Engine air filter: $29.95 (marked up from $20 elsewhere).

Needed a replacement battery on my way home from work and decided to stop by this location, but oh…read moreboy was I in for a surprise. I have purchased car replacement battery numerous times from AutoZone in North Dallas area, the sales representatives there are always informative and friendly. Unfortunately not at this location... I'm one of those female, who doesn't know anything about car parts. I was hoping the sales rep can help me but to my dismay, he didn't show me what my options are and didn't even bother to tell me about the warranty. When I started to question about what kind of warranty the battery offered, he starts to show signs of annoyance. I did purchased a battery [not the one I prefer) Due to the unprofessionalism of the sales rep, I ended up retuning the battery 30 mins later at a Dallas location in exchange for a gel battery.

She flat out said it was contaminated because it is plastic.... I'm pretty sure oil comes in plastic containers.....? I went to oreillys and they could not understand why they would not accept my oil due to the container. The only concern they said would be water or coolant contamination and had no idea why she would deny it on the grounds of what container it came in. Autozone just lost another customer to Oreillys because Oreilly didn't give me the run around and they weren't flat out demeaning in my honest opinion.

A little disappointed in the amount of time I had to wait to sign paperwork and get out the door. I paid cash and didn't finance anything so figured it would take a lot less time than it did. We drove from Wylie to Arlington anticipating seeing a Dodge Durango that we viewed online with…read moreavailability. So first off, be aware all texts and communication by your phone number are AI generated. There is no Jerry! Lol but not really. The other person who gave the review for this dealership about "lies, lies, lies," is 100% accurate! So upon arrival, hardly anyone was around to come and even greet you. If there are sales reps they are just sitting at their desk. I did see some men walking around coming in and out but we were never greeted. We noticed a couple waiting in one of the office areas. Finally, I texted that we were there and the response was, to go back inside and ask for Jerry's AI self. Even the chick that finally walked up to us, kinda had a chuckle when I said the text said to ask for Jerry. So we then ask her about the Durango and we are walked into her office. She asked us how much we were planning to put down and some of our personal information (address, etc) but we still had not heard anything about the car in question. So she takes off, takes awhile to come back and then mentioned to us sorry for taking so long but that she cannot locate that vehicle on their lot or the keys to it. We were so thrown off by this. She literally mentioned this happens a lot, not being able to locate keys to vehicles. Like huh? So then she asks if we wanted to see any other vehicles. We told her we drove all the way out (about an hour) to see that particular vehicle that Jerry's AI self texted is ready to test drive when we arrived. So we asked about another Durango that was literally parked in the front row as you pull into the dealership. She preceded to say "where?" and I even pointed telling her it's the only silver Durango out front as you walk out the front entrance doors. She said she understands but that there are a couple of them. There wasn't. Only one out front. She gave us the pricing finally on it and it wasn't in our budget. Meanwhile, she leaves to go do something and so I just wanted to find out how long the other couple had been waiting. The female mentioned a tad over an hour. I told her yeah, we were told the keys can't be located for the vehicle we were coming to see and she said they were told the same and it was a totally different car. So I ask the girl if there was a manager on site and she said yes. I asked if she could let them know we wanted to speak to them. So then she comes back with the "manager". He asks what he can help us with. I lay out all what had happened and what we were there for. So he says give him a little bit and that he's going to try and look for our vehicle. He comes back and says he tried pulling it up in the system and it wasn't found. So who the h, e, double hockey sticks is lying here!? Her, the manager, both? Anyhow I told him put yourself in our shoes. I asked him how would you like going to look at a specific vehicle you had text communication about that was an hour away with your girlfriend, wife or even by yourself? He said "or my husband". I said "ok, your husband or whomever". He said "I'm kidding". I really didn't care regardless if he was with a man. My point was over looked! I said what I said for the principle of the situation with hopes of him being relatable and making the situation not only heard but taking it in to where they make changes so it's not happening to others moving forward. Screw Clay Cooley! If I could show "zero" stars on my review, I would. Don't be suckered into giving your hard earned financials to this joke of a dealership! Also, "Am I at a club?" The playlist was unprofessional. I can get with Hip Hop music because I'm a fan of it, no doubt but to have the version of Rhiannas, Bitch better have my money playing and just like that, WOW! I just kept hearing bitch, then a guy came on that version going deeper into the obscene language and lyrics and mind you, we were also with our 11 year old son. Awful. Play than in your car or listen to it on your own time. This dealership was crazy, mad, awful. Yes. I wrote this essay intentionally. You read it (or thought of it) No regrets that we, as well as that other couple, left. Waste of time but glad we didn't give our money to them.
