Today I went in and they said they had no cash and it would cost me $6 to transfer the money to a card. The lady was actually rather rude to me as well. How is a check cashing and loan business supposed to accomplish their purpose if they have no cash? Another issue is that they take all this time to enroll new customers, before they even find out if the customer even has all the tools they need to complete the process. For example, does the customer have a blank check to get a loan? Do they have an outstanding debt to a different branch office? No, instead they wait till the very end of the registration process, to ask these questions and it wastes the customers time and of the customers waiting in line. I will never use their services again.
