Now for a teller it's a bit longer and even though the line was to the door, all 2 of the available tellers seemed like they knew what to do and eventually got the line down. Now I'm here to talk to a banker and been here for now a hour and 15 mins and hope to be seen soon. They have 1 banker this whole time and seems a little ridiculous how they don't have another person to help her out. Staff seems fine, lack of management in scheduling. Instead of thoroughly investigating and offering support, their operations department issues rigid, automated responses based entirely on system technicalities. They prefer to blindly accept the stance of the merchant who made the mistake rather than back up the consumer providing legitimate evidence, leaving you completely unprotected. As a direct result of this incident, I am planning to move my accounts to another financial institution. I no longer feel safe keeping my money with a bank that refuses to fight for its customers' interests and peace of mind when unexpected issues arise.
