Instead of helping her, Arlette laughed and spoke about my mother to two of her coworkers in an unprofessional manner. No customer should be treated with such disrespect when asking for help. I am very disappointed by this experience and hope management and HR take this matter seriously. Employees should treat customers with courtesy, professionalism, and respect. If this issue is not addressed, I will consider sharing my experience publicly so others are aware of how my mother was treated.

That's my bad because I never checked the reviews and I'm so sorry. I never checked the reviews as soon as I can get out of this insurance company, you can 100% bet I will be away from this company. They are such scammers. They charge me an extra five dollars every month when they quoted me 108 and they take out one 1334 and then because I was late with my payment because they wouldn't accept it in the local me an additional $50 they're out of their minds. Twice I worked with Sindi Lima, and once with Ana Gonzalez, and all three times both girls went above and beyond to make sure that the issue was not only corrected, but that I had less expensive insurance when I left. They broke down the policy and the coverage thoroughly so I understood everything and could leave with a smile on my face. They fix other people's mistakes and they DO IT WELL when they shouldn't have to. Trust me, don't bother with the moron phone agents. Those idiots clearly don't care about their job or the customers, and would regularly give me incorrect and incomplete info, and not return calls. I typically don't leave personalized reviews, but I have to say that Mike and Alex (office manager)…read morewere amazing! My husband was in need of insurance a few months back so, against my better judgement, he called a Freeway Insurance phone number and someone assisted him in finding a policy that fit our needs so we pay the money down to get it started up and the guy on the phone sends us on our way... fast forward a month and we're ready to make the first month's payment so we stop by the Stockdale office where Mike helps. First off, right off the bat he was very personable and had great customer service skills. After some phone calls, a lot of confusion, and almost 2 hours he let's us know that the original agent who helped us left our policy in the "quote" category (meaning for the full month we were NOT COVERED AT ALL by any insurance, leaving us and the company vulnerable had something happened in that time even though we did everything we were supposed to and paid everything we were supposed to). Mike makes a call to the office manager who has already left for the day and within 20 minutes she is in the office ready to take care of a problem that honestly isn't even their problem being that they did not get any commission as they were not the agent that wrote the business in the first place. After a some more phone calls and another hour and a half they get it all figured out to correct someone else's mistake. The entire time my husband and I never felt that we had to be frustrated with the situation or deal with any of the emotions that, naturally, you would have in this situation because we felt that these two employees fought this battle for us. I was in awe of their dedication to great customer service. What stuck out most to me is that the manager said she didn't care about not making money and spending hours getting our problem corrected because she would rather lose out on money than for us to have a bad exoerience with Freeway Insurance. THAT is someone that really cared about the company rather than just herself and I will send everyone I know to them because I respect their work ethic and commitment to their customers and the company they work for.

This is by far the most unprofessional business that i have ever had to deal with. My father has had insurance thru Michauds (now a Nationwide agency) he is no longer in the family business and now I am the one that has to deal with all aspects of the business. Our policy was coming up for renewal soon about 30 days or so. I received a call from an agent named Maria that she would be in charge of my renewals and that she would send me over some quotes on the renewals, I have 3 items with them general liability, garage keepers, and a bond. I said great shoot them over, I received the quotes and each item had an additional fee on top of the companies premium, altogether nearly 600 dollars in fees. I called and asked about these fees, mind you i did have to call about 5 times to actually get my agent on the line finally got a call 2 days later. I asked her what those fees where and she stated that they where fees that the "company" charges, I hung up and asked around about these fees and a good friend of mine stated that they are more than likely Broker Fees added on top of the companies premium. Called her back and sure enough after a few tries she finally admitted that they where indeed broker fees. Now mind you that we have been with this agency for over 5 years and have been very loyal, I went back on our records and showed that the broker fees have nearly tripled from when we first started. I asked if they could be lowered and she said oh no the agency set the broker fee structure and she could not do anything about it. I went into the office as a lance effort to try and maybe work something with them. And boy was i glad i did. I walked in and no one greeted me, I could hear a lady in the office next door talking to another agent about his commissions and that he owed her money on his paycheck and so on and so on. I finally get greeted and the woman that helped me had red streaks on her hair, and visible tattoos along with what i thought was appropriate attire, she points as Maria as the agent and boy was I thrown back. Flip flops and very unprofessional attire. At that point i said forget this and I left, I saw just how unprofessional this company was and i decided to go elsewhere. I ended up going to KIA insurance and what a world of difference. I was not charged a single dollar on Broker Fees since the agent wanted my business and charged only premiums to the company. The policy was cheaper and better coverage. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague.
