After much review and searching, trying to decide whether to go with a credit union and or bank. Finally I decided to pull the trigger and make the jump. Valley Republic has thus far met our needs and exceeded them. Right off the bat we felt welcomed and treated respectfully. The branch is clean and calm and quiet. At least quiet right now lol. But the employees (tellers too) were professional and not rushed or disrespectful. They really do care for you. I love that the business here is mutual. The online banking options are good as well and they're business banking is good as well.

After so many years of banking with Tri Counties Bank, I feel that I should update my review. We've…read morehad many ups and downs banking here. Ups - because the workers are always ready to help us when we need help, the lines have never taken long and the location isn't too bad either. Downs - for years they have had the same workers and sometimes someone leaves, but when someone new comes, they all act professional and are extremely helpful. Originally when we first signed up to this bank it was because they were attached to Walmart and open on Saturdays. After Tri Counties Bank pulled out of Walmart and wasn't open on Saturday anymore, it was kind of a bummer for us because the whole point of signing on was for the convenience of the bank being open on Saturdays. Anyway, I believe we have been banking with Tri Counties Bank for 10yrs now and after being with them that long, I now feel it's personable and we feel at home. Everyone there is extremely friendly and I don't see myself pulling away from this bank unless we moved away from the area. The plus side on the account that I have is that I can use my debit card anywhere and if there are any fees then Tri Counties reimburses us for the fees. They have different types of accounts, so if you decide to bank with Tri Counties, then you gotta weigh the pros and cons and compare it to the other guys.

Had to get an attorney to explain the process to the Tri counties legal in Roseville California. It took four hours to open the account. They said they didn't work with people who had two signatures on an account. So they don't work with married people I guess. The guy was mansplaining to us that we need a court stamp and judge approval to open a probate account. The account was from a trust. Go to a more knowledgeable bank. This bank is to young and doesn't get it. I had called and talked to the bank manager early in the week. Told her everything about the trust she said they could do it. She is the only person who has the capability After two hours we had to go to jack in the box for some ice teA. Ugh

This is my favourite location!!! On Old river near Independence High school only a few miles away…read morefrom my house a huge plus!! I normally do business at Panama but wow that local sucks ass now sorry Valley Strong that place needs some customer service updates ;) This location is like a breath of fresh air for me as soon as I walked in! Wow! Smiles, eagerness, genuine personalities!! LOVE IT!! Miss Yessenia was my advisor and she like everyone else i encountered here rocks! Made everything smooth did all the right checks on the trust, checking and money market accounts I was interested in. As most of you know an unfortunate chain of events caused by my family members put my dad almost into foreclosure, drained his bank account and maxed his credit card while he was incapacitated in the hospital in critical condition. They still think they did nothing wrong and can't seem to admit anything even being caught red handed by myself and the police. Not even the police confiscating dad's bank cards from them made them admit anything! But I guess that's normal with people that don't think they should work for a living they have to sponge off of a 75 year old man truly sad... Well fast forward to now I've been nothing but impressed with the service here, fantastic actually!! The money market helps my dad's money from the sale of his house make money a VERY decent amount to help continue to pay for his ongoing dementia care which btw is incredibly expensive! Medicare doesn't cover this! They don't help with his rent in the facility they only cover meds, diapers, nurses visits and bathing by a health aide weekly. So the money market account is essential in helping me pay for his care. Miss Yessenia made this the most stress free seamless process. This is the only location i do business at now. Thank you guys so much!!
