There isn't much parking around the entrance of the bank but the few times I've come here getting a parking spot is no problem. It is never busy when I have come. Inside is pretty spacious and so clean. The times I've gone, I've never seen a staff member at the front desk but regardless the staff in their offices have always greeted me and wished me a good day. I love the booths where we can make a payment with the staff member who pops up on the screen. And if you want privacy i think there is a sliding door. Its always been in and out for me.

Cesar was the first to make polite conversation with me; but all the girls are always willing to participate in a chat while they process my request. I think it's very cool that they all always seem to be enjoying their work as well. Sometimes that's not true for banks and it creates an environment that kinda sucks. But, this quick so, I recommend plus there is an easy to access ATM right outside the teller line if that's what you're looking for.

Not sure if it's a training center because they have a different rotation of tellers quite often. Been told to go in one line to another line just for a dispute on a ATM machine taking my money and eating it up! People should avoid going inside or go to another bank as a matter of fact. I had two snafus here - my new ATM card never arrived in the mail and my replacement card expired & another time I had an appointment with a personal banker and he never came but I was attended by someone else - but I still like the people and the service. I usually never have to wait or wait long either so that is a huge plus. On another note, I really wish Wells Fargo had more stand alone ATMs or branches in Bakersfield, specifically on the westside. I feel like they are few and far between and they are all inside other stores so it's hard to find parking quickly to go get cash. Kind of defeats the purpose of the ATM.
