$$$$ to the trash . I didn't need much work but I was going through the house buying process so anything they could remove wold of helped and on top of that my crappy loan agent referred them to me. They mentions it would take a couple of months Never got a call back. Yes they send a couple of emails stating I would received credit reports and never received them. At the end I didn't care anymore since I had already closed escrow on something I fixed. I had a consultation with this company. Paid $45 for that consultation. Told Richard that I didn't want my credit pulled during the consultation because I had just had a soft pull done by a mortgage company. Sent him my soft credit pull we discussed what needed to be done. I explained to Richard that I could not start any service with this company until the end of the month. Richard asked for my SSN and DL to create the contract. I read over the contract and decided not to use their service because it was going to cost over $900 dollars to use their service in which Richard couldn't guarantee anything and said my case would be a difficult one. I never signed the contract and text Richard telling him thank you for his time, but I decided not to sign the contract because we decided not to use their service after all. Richard told me too bad that he already started the services. He also stated even though I never signed the contract that after five days of sending me the contract that even without it being signed they just assume you agree. Without my knowledge Richard saved my credit card information and charged my card $325 without permission or a signed contract. So when you read the reviews and you see the owner saying that they will give your money back and they guarantee their work, apparently they also guarantee to get paid whether you agree or not. I'm blown away by how unprofessional this company is. I contacted the FCRA who also states they have to have written consent to do anything on your behalf. Their contract states you have the right to cancel at any time. You have the right to cancel with no prior obligations three days after signing the contract. However, I never signed the contract and still had money deducted from my debit card. Please be careful. read more

My husband and I originally were working with an out of state company to fix our credit several years back and that company helped us;however, we didn't get the full help we needed to stop getting those harassing phone calls and we didn't fix our credit w that company.
