After treating me the way they have, no I ve not been a peach to work with. That tends to happen when you lie on your customers. I rarely do reviews and I can't think of a time I've been out here on yelp to do one maybe one other time I rarely do reviews, but clearly they pissed me off enough for me to come out here and tell you buyer beware.

They sent a technician, Brandon, out right away, and he quickly diagnosed what turned out to be a simple problem with the buttons. Furthermore, he was able to recommend ways to find replacement door glass and a third party to fix the dim display. On his return visit, he refurbished everything with the new parts, and the range is as good as new. During the same time period, my dryer also went out. Brandon was able to fix that during the same two visits, coordinating part delivery so that repairs could be finished in the quickest possible time. All in all, this was a great experience, from the efficient scheduling, to the knowledgeable--and nice--technician, to the excellent results. Highly recommended!

I contacted them and I have to say I did not have a positive experience with this company. They quoted me a diagnostic fee to come out but I was charged $10 extra at the initial appointment which I did not contest as the entire amount applies to the repair. The technician took a long time to diagnose the issue but what took longer was the process of getting them to come back for the actual repair work. The front desk lady never answers your calls and is very slow in following up with the questions, ordering parts, and scheduling a repair appointment except of course for the initial diagnostic new client appointment. They just slow walk the rest of the process. I am not paying a discounted fee for the service but I sure feel that they provided a subpar discounted customer service for the entire experience. To be fair, the issue was fixed at the end.

I thanked him for coming out to Montross from Colonial beach, and sent him $325. ( with $25 as a tip). Austin never went under the house or turned off the water to the refrigerator. Instead the water to the house was turned off. So $675 paid and no service delivered at all. Then Austin was hospitalized, and couldn't come out. No response to the request to return some of the money paid... I understand paying for a service call, but this is terribly unjust! Better business bureau and small claims court I guess? Why must folks take advantage of customers?

Cliff's held the warranty on my new HVAC unit. I called them frequently that first year for many…read moreoutages to both heat and A/C. Cliff's left me for days without heat during a couple of outages that happened over the weekend, stating that they are not a 24/7 service company. After a year of fixing symptoms they told me they would no longer service my unit under the warranty. I had an outside HVAC person come to fix the unit and the outside person discovered that the HVAC unit Ciff's installed has two 60 amp breakers on it, but Cliff's had wired them to a 60 amp breaker, and a 30 amp breaker on the home's main fuse box. Cliff's also did not use the appropriate wiring. This explains the many blown fuses, burned up transformers and other problems I was continually having with my HVAC system. I had multiple outages during the coldest and hottest times of year when an HVAC system is most needed. I would avoid this company at all costs.
