Before the cleaning, the unit was pretty dusty, and there were stains in the toilet and kitchen that I had personally tried to remove for months. I tried a lot of things but just couldn't get those annoying stains off. A few days before my move-out, I decided to call MasterCare and schedule their cleaning service. The service was excellent. They sent a 2-person cleaning team, and the total cleaning took about 4 hours. They magically cleaned the stains that I couldn't manage to remove after months of effort (seriously, I don't know how they did it lol) They cleaned inside the windows, oven, closets, floors, ceilings, and even areas like behind the refrigerator. Everything was cleaned very thoroughly. After they finished, they asked me to check the unit to make sure everything looked good. When I checked, the floor was clean like a mirror(literally reflective lmao see photo I attached) (no exaggeration). The communication with the cleaning team was also very smooth. They were friendly, professional, and did an excellent job, honestly better than I expected. Given the quality of work they did, I think the price is very reasonable. (Some random and weird thoughts: I'm a CS student doing research in AI and robotics, and watching them clean actually made me think that it would be pretty hard to design a robot or RL algorithm that could match their level of cleaning expertise lol +1 point to the human team) After the cleaning, my property managers inspected the unit and said it looked great, so it seems like I'll be getting my full deposit back, which I'm very happy about. I also had great communication with Linda, the company's manager. She is efficient, responsive, and professional, and the whole communication process was very smooth. Estimate came in quickly and was reasonable so I agreed to proceed to do the work. Steven did all the communicating with Southern California Edison and I was never cced on emails or looped in despite requesting to be. As replacement date neared I contacted steven a few days before to discuss details. He informed me the need to reschedule as too close to labor day. I said ok no problem. A few days before second replacement date Steven dropped by looked over the panel again and told me everything was on for 9/16/25 at 8am with SCE scheduled to come disconnect power with him completing the job same day and SCE to reconnect. Sounded great I made arrangement for the family to be out of the house all day. Long story short no one showed up, not steven not SCE. I called and texted steven multiple times, left voicemail with no response. I gave him 24 hours benefit of the doubt just in case something unforeseen occurred. Nothing. I finally reached out to SCE to see if I was ever on their schedule. I was told that I was scheduled both times and the electrician cancelled last minute both times . Most recently I was told that the electrician told SCE that he is not rescheduling and simply canceling with no intention of doing the job. Where was that communication with me? Steven, this has been one of the most unprofessional interactions I have been involved in. If the job was too big , too small, too medium, too complex, not complex enough, you are too busy, not busy enough all you had to do was say so. Instead you wasted my time for over one month and I am left having to do this all over again with a different company. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I have never spent the time leaving a bad review on yelp but this one was warranted.

He did all the permitting preparation and told us the steps necessary to get substantial rebates. He also found some faulty wiring in our electrical panel that could be dangerous in the near future and I was able to confirm the overcrowding of the wiring that was the key problem from previous electricians .
