I saw great reviews for this service and tried it out. However, after trying Izzy out for the past 4 months here is what I found: -Argumentative - No matter what he said, he argued it. Even asked him to close the gates when he is here and he asks why (we have dogs and young children) -Unfamiliar with O2 systems - said he would call Clear Comfort to figure out their system, never did. Recently waited until the filtration battery died and didn't tell us it was running low (there are lights that show this) -Solution to everything is Chlorine. Explained our kids are sensitive but he never seemed to care -Doesn't communicate - raised monthly service prices, conditioner, etc and never mentioned it. Only noticed it in the bills he send, called him out on letting me know when prices change, he of course argued it -Changes prices on a whim - came out to fix the heater, told us it was 80, charged us 140 I professionally told him that we were going to use another pool service and I wasn't going to write a review until he responded with "I am very happy that you're quitting because I'm very busy...I was thinking of long time ago to stop working with you anyway." Typical I was going to break up with you now that you're breaking up with me attitude. I appreciated that he came on a consistent day/time and was reliable in that manner. Also that he came quickly when our heater wasn't working (but then charged us almost double when he quoted). Other then that, I would find another company to keep your pool clean. Not that he would take you because he is so busy. lol read more

I called Izzy to see if he could fix my water fountain. He was recommended to me by my brother in law. Izzy did not disappoint!! Izzy returned my call shortly after my message and we set up a time the next day. Izzy was on time - very professional, friendly, and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and within a day he had the waterfall working 100%. He took great care in making sure I was happy and satisfied. Izzy did a great job cleaning our pool. He would send text messages with pictures of issues, appeared to provide honest opinion and responded quite quickly. The pool was always clean and it really mattered to him that it remained that way. At the end of February 2017, he said that he will need to stop cleaning pools due to health issues. Does not willingly accept credit card payments. For a small backyard pool & spa I was charged ninety dollars a month. read more

Honestly, this is the first review I have ever written on yelp. But,my spa guy, Izzy, is such a cool person, I had to write a review singing his praises. Izzy has been coming to my house for 5 years now to take care of my Jacuzzi. We have built a friendship over the years and I can say he is the best. A few years back, I discovered a leaky PVC pipe in my spa and Izzy was able to get the parts and fix the leak in 1 day, at a very reasonable price. Also, a few years back, I wanted to go away from bromides in my spa and he introduced a new water treatment that I think is wonderful. No more, hard to breath in, bromine fumes and it was all his doing. He always answers his telephone and is always there on his scheduled days to service. Plus, my dog, Floyd, loves Izzy and gets very excited every time he hears Izzy pulling up in his Adriatic truck. read more
