Red flag number 2: She also gave me one price over the phone but once I got to the shop it was a different price. Not sure if she was trying to get over but again I didn't really care just wanted to get the tints off. Lastly she asked me if I was ready to pay because my car was finished and I said yes. Then she walked to the back for like ten minutes like wth. Anyways I say this to say I think the people in the back did a fast job on my car but to not tell me they scratched my window is mad disrespectful. We were scheduled for the end of the day, and with other jobs and traffic he didn't get here until about 5:45pm. I was a little concerned, but needn't have been. Even though it was 'just' the Basic Package, he did a FANTASTIC job, no cutting corners at the end of the day. And even doing my best job at a wash and wax, I never brought out the shine and sparkle that he coaxed out of it. And yes, I paid for interior service. They just chose to do less than. I wish @yelp would allow customers to tag at least 3 direct referrals (within same category, of course) to subpar reviews. IT team what can you do with this request?
