The quality of his work is something that is hard to find these days. I 100% recommend hiring Mario. Other positives: wears shoe covers, wears mask, communicates effectively, actually cares to close your front door when going in and out, explains things well before work begins.

Mike was great to work with and answered all my questions timely and with very clear expertise. The popcorn ceilings had asbestos in them, and ADS coordinated seamlessly to have Synergy Enterprise Inc. take the asbestos materials off and perform the abatement process safely. Mike's team - Dillon, Greg, and Fernando - did an absolutely beautiful job. The finished product has very evident attention to detail, the new ceiling texturing is consistent and beautiful, and they left the place clean afterwards. Their workmanship is top notch. I also had them do some drywall work in one of the bedrooms, removing some wood paneling and putting up drywall. This work was also done flawlessly, despite the wood paneling being a hassle and messy to remove. I would highly recommend their work to anyone needing ceiling or drywall work done. I can't say enough good things about Chris and his company: C Kaye Drywall. From the moment we…read morereached out to him to request an estimate, Chris was very professional and a pleasure to work with. We contacted C Kaye Drywall to provide a quote to hang new drywall throughout our garage, where we recently installed had another company install insulation in the ceiling and walls. Going into the project, we had identified a couple locations in the garage where we knew it would be challenging to cover up some existing utilities and address a ceiling that had two different levels. Chris had a solution to all the minor details and came up with a plan to address all the issues we were concerned about. Also as part of the garage renovation, there were multiple locations where the existing drywall was also damaged and removed to accommodate some electrical work. Chris was able to patch these locations up and make them look good as new. We couldn't be more pleased with the end result and were very glad we found Chris. If you're looking for someone who is experienced, takes pride in their work, and has an open line of communication from beginning to end, look no further than C Kaye Drywall. Thanks again Chris!

We had a mold issue downstairs in a storage area in our basement. This basement area is adjacent to a renter's bedroom, so yeah, big problem! I was able to quickly get an appointment and he was able to quickly assess the problem. His team of John and another gentleman WORKED THEIR BUTTS OFF!!!! They basically had to sand all the mold that had accumulated on the wood...I heard dual sanders going on downstairs for hours on end. THEY WORKED SOOOOOO HARD! They came by on October 1st during the heat wave when it reached 103 degrees outside. They worked from about 10 am to 4 pm to completely remediate our mold situation. When they knocked on our door at about 1 pm, they were dripping in sweat. By 430 pm or so it was done. Patrick was nice enough to leave his air scrubber for three days to completely purify the air. Patrick is an amazing businessman because he is an amazing PERSON. This guy's life is driven with PURPOSE & PASSION. Do you guys remember the Ultimate Warrior from WWE? Patrick is the ULTIMATE MOLD WARRIOR! We are thankful to God for allowing us to meet and find Patrick.
