If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Always heard this was an unreliable shop and that they scam people but have now experienced it myself. I was in need of a front and back stand for my sport bike. I called in ahead of time and asked if they had any in stock. They said yes and I told them I was currently on my way to get them and would be there in 10 minutes. When I arrived, not only did they not have them ready, they had to search for them. As this is my first time purchasing stands, I later found out that I was overcharged by at least $100! I gave them another chance and called ahead about purchasing an ECU for my bike and was told that they are hard to find and would be up to $800 and that they could sell it for $600. Again, way overpriced, I found an ECU myself for hundreds cheaper. Overall have had no good experiences here. read more

I've heard they used to have a high reputation but as of recently I've only heard horror stories. Unfortunately, I heard the stories AFTER I went there. Was given my bike back and charged hundreds of dollars for a misdiagnosed problem. All they even did was throw 2 copper spacers on my battery terminal. Broke down on the highway not even 10 minutes from the shop and when I called and complained they left me to fend for myself, wouldn't even tow me. They offered to look at the bike more but still never found what's wrong with it. Now I'm going to a different shop. read more

Brought my wifes bike in for a carb overhaul, quoted "400 & some change".....& the job would be complete in approx 10 days.... After 2 weeks + and no word, i called once a week and was given the runaround. 10 weeks later they said bikes all set, i get there and there is a bill for $992-- more than double the estimate !! In addition to that . the bike wasnt even able to start, (dead battery) who gives the customer a dead bike? Would not recommend this place to anyone. My bike sat in the shop for over a month before I even received a phone call saying he'd looked at it. I was told I'd be charged for a valve adjustment which is a 3-4 hour job and the final price was over $600. My bike ran significantly worse than when I brought it in. My buddy got similarly screwed over by pricing for his bike and on top of that had to wait over two months for ~5 hours of work to be done. Justin cares far more for his own collection of motorcycles than he does his clients' bikes and it shows. read more

I went to this "Bike Shop" for a oil change and got a tune up and radio installed on my Spyder. HUGE HUGE MISTAKE. First they installed the single lights backwards and the bike started stalling. That never happened before going to this place. They looked at the bike and said "we reviewed our work and there is nothing we could find wrong", but they already knew they installed the lights in backwards. When I called and talked to the owner about the stalling issue he said, "You should have the spark plugs changed", I said, "I did, you changed them!". When the bike stalled out I called them again. The owner was rude, and used profanity on the call. Then stated that he couldn't fix the issue because he didn't have the computer software program to look up the issue. Then recommend Bobs, I wouldn't go to Bobs, he said they are friends and I can't go to any shop he recommends. I then took the bike to Higgins Power Sports, (a real bike place, excellent customer service and they stand behind their work). They located the issues, holes in the spark plug wires. Adrenaline had looked at the plugs, not once but TWICE and never noticed holes in the lines!!!!!! Plus the radio they installed is now killing the battery in the bike. My new mechanics noted that battery was being drained by the radio these people installed. NEVER BRING A SPYDER THERE. Not only do they not stand behind their work, $1,600 for bad work. He said if his work was the issue he would cover it. Let see if he is a man of his word.!!!!!!!!! read more

I brought my 2001 Harley in for service in May. They were helpful and cautioned me that Spring is the busiest season and there would be a longer wait time. The work was done properly and priced fairly. I had a question shortly regarding an additional issue that was answered as well. I was surprised to receive a follow-up email from Justin to make sure that the issue had been resolved and if not to bring the bike in the following day. Had a rear tire installed here. I was quoted a price over the phone only to be told it would be more upon arrival. I figured since I was already there with the tire in hand I'd just have them do it. After they installed it, the tire was rubbing inside the fender so I brought it back and was made to feel like it was somehow my fault. It was the exact same time, same specs, etc. They weren't able to fix anything so I just left. The only upside was that I spoke with the owner (who was out of town) and he seemed genuinely concerned and wanted to make it right. Everyone else there suffered from the usual 'too cool motorcycle guy' mentality. read more

Stay AWAY FROM THIS SHOP FOR REPAIRS!!!!! They should spend less time on their show room and more time on the functionality of their business. Long story short they broke multiple laws under "Unauthorized Repairs" and "Unfair Deceptive Acts and Practices Statutes". Was not informed of a towing fee & assumed the service was complimentary if it was not advertised and would take a week to arrive Was told it would cost $650 max and informed the mechanic I could not pay more than that. He wrote that number down on the paper when I handed him a deposit that would go toward the $650. Was not notified that it would cost more than $650 and did not give permission to continue with the maintenance of the bike. Paid extra for the towing fee and extra maintenance and labor anyway. Brought home the bike and it wouldn't start. Credit card machine didn't work and it took over an hour to process the payment and have them bring out my bike- of which the payment was never able to be processed until after I left. Called to inform the mechanic the bike was not starting and asked purchase a new battery. Mechanic insisted he would really like to look at the bike again just to "double check" that it was the battery. Assuming this was a complimentary check in response to having me pay for and pick up a dead bike- I agreed. He then informed me it would take another week just to have the bike picked up and brought back to the shop. When I told him that was too long he said "well the truck is broken right now and we're booked because of the nice weather." After insisting that I should be priority considering I called weeks ago, he said if I could get the bike to him he would make it a priority to look at it. I paid for a tow to have the bike brought back to the shop the next day. They called me telling me it needed a new battery and wanted to charge me another diagnostics fee, labor fee and the price of the battery. I refused to pay anymore money to the shop and demanded my bike back with the existing dead battery in it. The guy told me legally he doesn't have to release it. Took a hell of a fight to get them to give me bike back. I spend an extra $35 just to go to a different shop to purchase a battery myself. I couldn't stand the thought of giving them another cent of my money. As soon as I mentioned adrenalyn cycles the owner of the shop rolled his eyes and made- let's just say a not so great expression and said "aye, be careful." read more

After speaking with the owner of Adrenaline Cycle, Justin, I took my bike in to have the carbs cleaned. I was told it would take 5 days at most, and would cost about $550 if rebuild kits were needed. Over a month and $1000 later, I got a leaky, barely running motorcycle back. Fuel was leaking from 2 of the 4 carbs, could barely idle, had fuel in the crankcase, a few more scratches than it had before, and loose or missing bolts/screws. Apparently they're okay with bikes leaving their shop like that. Over my 30 years of owning and riding motorcycles, I've honestly never run into this level of irresponsibility by a shop/owner. read more

I came in with an old Moto Guzzi which is a rare bike that they hadn't worked on before. It took them a bit longer to do the service because it's not a common Japanese bike, but they didn't charge me extra and it's been running good since they completed the service. I'm writing this review because today I brought that same bike back to this shop today with a battery cable issue and they fixed it right away without charging me, which was pretty cool. Also the original major service I had done, they charged me a couple hundred less than Razee quoted me over the phone. I'll be bringing my bikes here from now on. read more

I brought my 2000 Honda Shadow Spirit to have handlebars installed. I had purchased the handlebars from another company but didn't want to install them myself. The owner was very helpful in explaining my different options between having the cables run internally vs. externally, and was very accurate on the price. The owner was very conscientious about how I felt about the look and feel of the bars on the bike. After getting my bike back I was very pleased with quality of the installation. I brought my bike back to have a jet kit and exhaust installed. Again, the owner was very meticulous about explaining aspects of the installation and that the bike may need to be tuned on the dyno afterwards. Since the pipes I had originally wanted were not longer in production, the shop went to great lengths to try to acquire similar ones for me. Once I got my bike back it had some popping on deceleration and low throttle percentage. I had the bike tuned on the dyno and after receiving it back, I am very pleased with the outcome. read more
