Richard's crew was quick, courteous, and efficient and I couldn't be happier with their job. I hope to never have another water leak but if I do Richard would be my first call. Jose and Jason worked on two projects in our apartment that turned out to be larger in scope than anticipated and they ended up being in and out of our unit for three months, including early mornings and weekends. We are so grateful for their thoroughness, cleanliness, and their knowledge. But even more importantly for us, we are grateful for their positive attitudes, kindness, and for how considerate they are. We have a toddler who simply loved Jason, and they were both so sweet with him. They also were quiet during his nap times, conscientious about taking off their shoes, and all around a pleasure to have in our home despite the circumstances. They are great at what they do and also just really good people.

They didn't provide a clear order of services and multiple people seemed to be coordinating the clean up but all insufficiently. We had to repeated call the office to get updates and know when people were coming into the house. The cleaning crew did a good job on the attic insulation and vent cleaning. But we had to call the powers washers back because they missed a few spots outside. They had the main interior cleaners come before all the other work was done so we had to ask them to reclean the house (we found a lot of dirt and footprints in the house). There was mismanagement of the workers by the company. Our main agent couldn't make it and the replacement they sent to pick up our check straight up lied and ghosted us. All in all, the job was complete and they were open to redoing work when it wasn't done. So we appreciated that.

Any time our family had a question regarding the different stages of our project from demolition, foundation, roofing, electric, plumbing, interior finishes, and etcetera, he always set aside time to give clear answers and help us understand the process. Our project has been going very smoothly, and Onik has done a great job coordinating with the different vendors involved. He always keeps us informed about when workers will be scheduled to come onto our property, which makes everything feel organized and well managed. Daniel the owner is extremely responsive and super helpful. We ran into several issues that caused the project to be delayed a bit. Daniel and the crew were super flexible. These to me are very minor issues as the crew was on time each day and cleaned up after themselves.

I…read morewasn't sure how to proceed, but one thing that was confusing was pretty much no remediation people I talked to would actually patch up the walls/floorboards/baseboards after taking them out and getting rid of the mold! Daniel and his team on the other hand.... They did everything! Daniel was so friendly and chill and seemed to know exactly what the problems were and even pointed out other problems as they went through our repair job that were helpful for preventing further damage and such. When work started, they put up plastic to isolate the problem room and cover furniture that couldn't be moved, took out all effected materials, and Daniel's guys even went to source some floor boards they had to remove due to damage which was something we were having a hard time doing ourselves. It was so appreciated on our part because he went out of his way. Real stand up guy! They patched everything up and it looks good as new and no moldy smell even a month later! When we first got a quote we balked at the price... everything is so expensive now and we weren't sure what to do, but it had to be repaired... so it was worth the price to have the convenience of the team who took out our walls and floors and such to be the ones who put it back. So overall, it made sense to go with Daniel and is team just for the consistency of the care. And they did a great job on both ends!
