I contacted several HVAC companies, including Airmaxx. Aleksandr called me back almost immediately. I asked if there was any chance someone could come out that day, even though it was Sunday of Labor Day weekend. To my surprise, he said he would. Aleksandr showed up promptly and went right to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done, and did it. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I really appreciate Aleksandr going out of his way to help on a holiday weekend, especially when we were in a bind. Great service and great communication. Airmaxx and Aleksandr will be our first call for any future HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

The installers, Ilya and Max, worked incredibly hard, were respectful of our home, and thoroughly cleaned everything up when they were finished. A minor issue with the installation came to light a few days later. We called West Coast Heating and Air, and Christian, the technician, came out that same day. He worked overtime to quickly diagnose and remedy the problem, and we really appreciated his dedication and responsiveness. I highly recommend West Coast Heating and Air. Our A/C went out on our condo on Saturday night, during the hottest weekend of the year. One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning answered my call Sunday morning. Saving us another day of discomfort. Our heat pump is an older system, but the technician, Marco, wasn't just focused on selling us a new unit. He has excellent technical knowledge and was willing to diagnose the issue and get the system up and running again for everyone's comfort, not just make a sale. I really appreciate Marco's problem-solving skills and professionalism. In less than a hour, and less than 24hrs from the system going down, he had it back up and confirmed to be cooling again. I scheduled a routine AC checkup with Same Day Heating, Cooling, Plumbing through Home Depot. Price was reasonable. Frank came out to inspect our system and showed up right on time. He was thorough, identified a number of issues with our system that we didn't know about, and took the time to walk us through everything and show us what he was finding. He didn't push extra services or anything like that. Instead, he outlined a range of things we could do, from basic maintenance to more substantial repairs. We were also considering replacing the system, so he talked us through that option as well. At the end, we got an informative email with pictures, recommendations, and estimates that we could use to follow up with them or another company. Shortly after Frank left, our AC started shutting off intermittently. I think something during the inspection may have dislodged some buildup in our brittle 10-year-old system. This was right in the middle of a heat wave so we *really* needed the AC working. We called the company, who put us back in touch with Frank. He then came back within the hour to figure out what was going on. He spent another 2 hours troubleshooting the system with me and stayed until everything was working again. Would definitely recommend these guys and will most likely be hitting them up to work with them again to replace the system soon

I'm sure this cut some costs with remove/setup, but based on some research this is ideal as the weather can get down below 40 degrees where I live. We went with GVK due to this, the fact he took the time to answer all questions thoroughly and honestly, and they were able to install the next business day; got a quote on Friday afternoon and scheduled me for Monday to install the new system. The price was also very competitive with the other options. We did have a delay in starting as they had a mix-up on install dates and had to postpone one day. However, George called and apologized and offered a discount for the mistake and to charge our current system to help keep the house cool until they came out the next day, which I think reflects how he runs a customer focused business. When he did come out that day I had more questions about the setup and based on our discussion we changed the coil for more flexibility in moving the unit in the attic one day. It was pretty clear that George runs a solid business; he double checked they left no trash after leaving, his workers made sure to set up mats everywhere they worked inside, they let us know when they would be using louder tools (as we have a baby), and they stayed until the unit was fully installed which meant they stayed pretty late. I couldn't recommend them enough.
