Yes, I was anxious but her smile and her confidence - she has 18 years experience - put me at ease immediately! No bruising here - as others have verified. Sarah looked me over and talked about what we'll do. Feeling comfortably with the person who is actually changing your face - for the better - is paramount! Went in noonish so the place was quiet at first but while Sarah was working her magic - it's competence - not really magic - I could hear a buzz so I must have arrived when folks were at lunch. I gave her a budget and she kept to it with a tad over for additional filler which I gladly paid because she knows what she's talking about. I left so happy that I'd put my faith in Sarah! I'm already planning on seeing her again for the wedding in the spring. Her physicians assistant training, plus her years of experience - plus her gentle manner - make her a keeper. Plus I like a place that isn't trying to sell you the moon and thousands of dollars of "work". If you are having fillers for the first time, buy some over the counter lidocaine and put it on an hour before your "work". Sarah put additional topical pain reliever on me and gave me some tennis balls to squeeze. I've delivered 10# babies so I'm no wuss, but be prepared to feel some discomfort. No pain, no gain.
