I had to ask him to change pick up and drop off times a few different times because of changes in my plans and he was very accommodating, and did so without any hassle. Their prices were by far the most reasonable in the area, especially considering the limo buses are very nice and luxurious. They were able to do multiple trips to accommodate the over 100 guests I had, which was great on their part. Overall a great experience, could not have been any better.

He made the booking process incredibly easy and was fully transparent about pricing and policy (was not surprised with any hidden charges even at the end of the trip). He picked us up right on time at our hotel and offered us bottled waters and some restaurant recommendations around Niagara Falls, which was so considerate! We are out of town so we did not really know the area very well so his recommendations made it SO much easier for us to enjoy our trip without any added hassle. He also graciously made any stops we requested despite it not being on our official itinerary. We were so highly impressed with Enzo's professionalism and character that we asked if he was available the next day but unfortunately he was fully booked (AND FOR GOOD REASON!). My family and I all agreed that this day spent with Enzo in Niagara Falls was the highlight of our trip. Definitely the best limousine and transportation service I have ever used and would highly recommend to anyone! I live in NYC but will definitely be making a trip back out here for a wine trip per Enzo's recommendation and will ONLY be booking Imperial Limousine & Transportation!

Not only did Gerard get to the house quickly, but he offered to drive them personally from Hudson to NYC because he didn't have drivers left. And although he didn't have a car seat, he offered to drive the family to Walmart and get one. You don't find that kind of gratitude these days. Will never again use another car service. I've never had the wine in NY so I was excited to try 5 in one go. They pick up at the Arsonel Wine and Liquor store and drive you around to 5 different places. The bus driver, Jim, was very nice and drove well. I definitely felt safe in his hands. The bus itself was nice. It had an on-board bathroom and was actually a really smooth ride for a bus. They were able to get you a good lunch/brunch buffet on the tour which was awesome. Jim seemed to have a good rapport with the owners of the wineries and that was super! This made the experience that much better. If you're into wine and need something to do on a Sunday, I would absolutely recommend this tour. :)
