He made the booking process incredibly easy and was fully transparent about pricing and policy (was not surprised with any hidden charges even at the end of the trip). He picked us up right on time at our hotel and offered us bottled waters and some restaurant recommendations around Niagara Falls, which was so considerate! We are out of town so we did not really know the area very well so his recommendations made it SO much easier for us to enjoy our trip without any added hassle. He also graciously made any stops we requested despite it not being on our official itinerary. We were so highly impressed with Enzo's professionalism and character that we asked if he was available the next day but unfortunately he was fully booked (AND FOR GOOD REASON!). My family and I all agreed that this day spent with Enzo in Niagara Falls was the highlight of our trip. Definitely the best limousine and transportation service I have ever used and would highly recommend to anyone! I live in NYC but will definitely be making a trip back out here for a wine trip per Enzo's recommendation and will ONLY be booking Imperial Limousine & Transportation!

I have taken coach USA buses four times. Each and every time the buses have not left on time, claim…read moreto be direct and make frequent stops, and have always failed to make it to the final destination within an hour of the arrival time listed. I have transferred from greyhound to a coach USA bus and the service is exponentially worse with coach USA. I would say to never use but I have tried to avoid them and bought greyhound tickets that are actually coach USA. TRY TO AVOID AF ALL COSTS.

We booked a limo and a shuttle for a Wedding in Geneva, NY…read moreThe Limo driver had no idea where he was supposed to be and at what time. The shuttle driver was very nice, but she was not given my correct phone #, so she couldn't get a hold of me for the first 2 hours of the evening. At the end of the evening she was told to NOT make the last shuttle trip because it was 11:36---6 minutes past our slotted time. Fitzgerald Bros told her to not bring home the Bride and Groom and 22 other guests unless they were paid another $120. Earlier in the week, I was told we would be given a 30 minute grace period. The Sales Mgr was RUDE and inflexible, and would not refund the $120 I paid in cash---AFTER I pleaded with the driver to bring them back to the hotel. Will NEVER use this company again
